What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is being able to update the status of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software helps our team and stay on track. It also has great communication features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly reccomend Monday.com to anyone who needs organization within their business.

Best organizational program out there!

What do you like best about the product?
This program is completely customizable! I love all the options to color code, link, and communicate on this program. The best part is that the team who builds this software is always checking on the service and opinions of its customer and always makes improvements!
What do you dislike about the product?
I still would love to be able to use the program with multiple teams but I'm sure they are already working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has been using it to organize projects and keep track of deadlines. It's been a major help with just knowing what needs to be done on a daily basis and how to use my time more wisely.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management and team aspect keeps us on track with hundreds of projects. The color organization is very helpful. I've never seen a software team so plugged into their user community. Monday has a Facebook group and I'll see suggestions posted and literally weeks later they'll have that request implemented. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Like I mentioned, the Monday team is very responsive to suggestions and requests. I'm confident if anything does come up--it will be considered and worked on by the Monday team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our overall project management as well as our delegated tasks to the team. We cover several portfolios and this helps projects get done without items falling through the cracks. It keeps our team firing on all cylinders
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the trial and you won't be disappointed. The technical help, phone calls, webinars have made our team much more productive in a competitive environment. I recommend Monday to most of my colleagues who manage multiple projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Monday's link functionality to join pulses with similar goals across different project boards. This ability has saved me time, and allowed me to realize when I can "kill two birds with one stone." Also, it's easy to remove links between pulses if the pulse draft objectives diverge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the ability to link to documents from Monday, or even just to add more detailed descriptions, which might show on hovering over a given pulse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Monday to communicate with members of the instructional design team, as well as tracking the progress of digital assets and graphic design. I also use Monday to assign pulses for review by management before final approval and delivery. I have increased my organization and productivity, as well as workflow efficiency and communication speed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is an excellent way to manage project workflow through their pulse functionality. You can assign pulses (tasks) to any member of your team on Monday, and then even link pulses together where content may overlap to save time while tracking progress. It also includes check-list buttons you can insert into pulse comments, and the ability to "call out" team members for specific tasks, in addition to assigning pulses, through the use of the "mentions" function. Furthermore, I am very satisfied with Monday overall, and I would also mention that I've noticed from other question prompts that my team does not fully utilize Monday's full file sharing capability, which may have influenced some of my n/a responses.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Monday is the versatility to assign tasks to all my team and bring everyone's control to light.
What do you dislike about the product?

The least I like is the timeline, it does not seem very attractive to me but it is good to track projects well.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Mondays as a team responsibility and accountability tool in our staff meetings. Mondays helps us manage our time and hit our deadlines, track our projects and time management tool. I also use it to track our billings to our clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I miss a deadline and everyone knows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduling, time management, responsibilities and task management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would love to use this for our non profit, however, the cost is prohibitive at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday. It helps me keep track of my todo list and where I am on a given project. I would be completely lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is growing there are a few features I wish it had like being able to set a reminder date that would send a notification on that day. Also, one area they need to improve on is file sharing, uploading, and downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me and my team with organization, project management, and being on the same page for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
This has vastly improved the communication in our team. We can now track projects in real-time. They are continuously adding features and we love finding new ideas and uses in the Monday Facebook Forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool would be invaluable if they could have a more robust cloud file sharing or integrate with OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive. Also the price - even though it is well worth the money for our department, it would be great if the pricing structure was better. This has been a hinderance for getting other departments on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now see where a project stands and share info in real time without having to dig through email chains. This also creates a "paper trail" for change orders and we put the job folder file locations in each job, making it easier to find later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have recently added some rich features like Contact Management which we are in the early phases of testing out.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use on Day One... no lengthy training required to get started. Our company also loves how simple it is to customize a board for our specific tracking needs. The layout is visually simple enough to process at a glance, as well! The "my week" feature is so helpful to see what has been assigned, and the urgency of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning how to duplicate/archive/rejuvenate boards easily so that we can use them over and over for cyclical processes - that doesn't seem to come naturally. But we have very few dislikes to date!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We originally started using Monday.com for an editorial calendar, to track our communications and messaging. We quickly learned that we could expand our tracking through Monday.com to see the status of multiple projects and once, and to see who was completing what phase of the project. Monday.com has been so useful to organize steps of messy projects and see who is waiting on completion to move forward.

Give it a try - you'll be amazed at how easily it adapts to what you're looking for.
