No More Boring Speadsheets - Monday Keeps suprising me :)

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's pretty incredible that Monday has only been a part of our company for a little over a year and a half. I can honestly say that it has improved my workflow and helped me continue grow my business, and to invest in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am thrilled with the features, and love that Monday continues to develop and shape solutions for the masses. Its pretty great to have a system I can't complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ERP system is a bit heavy for some of the work that we want to keep track of... It's great to have a light-weight project management system in place to catch all of the small details that make us shine for our customers. We allow it to do a lot of the heavy lifting as well and keep track of jobs, schedule, budget, - Monday does it all!

Tasking and Information

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great way for our company to stay on track of tasks for all our clients. It's easy to use and we just add the lists and mark them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I dislike some of the features and then I find out they have a way for me to do it, I just didn't know it was there. I would like a feature that would update from board to board. Example: click done on my board and it will update another board at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the information for our clients in one place.

An incredible complete tool for project management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I'm able to organize pulses and assign them to my colleagues. It helps me to have a constant overview of multiple projects at the same time. Since I started using Monday I feel that now I have more time to focus on other projects of my job, this gave me a better productivity rate.

Being able to upload files, set dates, deadlines, create private boards so I can work on projects with a specific person or more are some of the best things of Monday. In fact, I use the desktop version and the mobile one as well. Sometimes I'm out of home and with the mobile APP I'm able to assign pulses and send information to the company workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to have a better communication with guests and people on your boards. Maybe a chat function, not only the "cloud". Another thing I even wrote asking if it was possible is to be able to know when someone uploaded a file to the "File" column, which is great. This feature would be a great upgrade as I would be aware when someone finished the job and take the document from Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a Project Manager and Monday helps me to keep track of every translator we have on the company. I'm able to assign translation for audiovisual projects and set deadlines. Thanks to the interface, everything is so easy to organize that now I'm able to focus on more task at the same time. It really helped me with my workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool that helps you manage all your company projects and you need to keep track of them, then Monday is an incredible tool that will allow you to do this and more. Just give a try and you'll see how easy and helpful is.

Best Project Management Software On the Market

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has everything. It's UI is impeccable and it's a joy to use every day. The software is versatile, you can create a different board for any type of project and they just keep adding new features and new columns all the time. Plus, the Monday.com crew has great webinars that they run regularly and each is incredibly informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing lacking is the ability to create tasks (pulses) that recur automatically, but it's not a large issue, given the easy of duplicating and moving pulses from one board or group to another. Monday.com puts out new feature so often, I have no doubt this ability will come at some point in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department utilizes Monday.com heavily for project management and intradepartmental communication. Monday holds all our most important notes and makes sure everyone has a chance to see them and can find them easily. We can easily create and track tasks, who they are assigned to, what priority they are, what projects they relate to, and any resources attached to them.

Effective PM software for keeping our company on track and connected

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track projects but also to communicate through the software about those projects. Saves time in having less emails back and forth among team members. I also like the flexibility: our team uses it to track team meeting topics, IT tasks, Admin tasks, vacation/travel schedules, and so much more, all in one place. Plus, it's mobile so I use it frequently from my phone when traveling. So convenient! And the customer service is quick to respond and top-notch! Thank you Monday.com team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much to like and use and be excited about that we're very pleased thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are much more organized...having tasks and tracking in one location. Plus, we communicate better using the Updates section of each pulse. Some of us travel and the Monday.com phone app is helpful for that as well. Mostly, this has allowed us to have a more dynamic tracking system for lots of areas in our company, not just projects.

Amazing Project Managment Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use, always updating and looks amazing on screen. I love the way the staff are always looking for ways to improve and take the clients needs/wants and make them a reality. My representative Lauren is awesome, she is always willing to help and stays in touch to make sure I am always up to date on new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like, it's such a great program with amazing support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track content development, campaign planning and marketing project management. It is closing gap between different departments, ensuring we are all on the same page.

Bad Name, Great Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get going and customizable. The ability to customize your boards, and integration with other apps makes tracking projects easy. My team tracks many projects across a couple disciplines and having customization that allows creatives to track what they want and easily communicate changes and updates between team members is super helpful. The search function, while isn't perfect, does help drag up previous projects to reference and duplicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The name... why start with a negative connotation you don't need? While there haven't been any serious miscommunications, scheduling deliverables for Monday (the day) on Monday.com (often abbreviated to Monday) inevitably leads to a few groans and eye rolls. On a function related note, sometimes the search feature isn't as accurate as I'd like, but I have received some excellent customer service when brought to Monday's attention. Another issue is sometimes formatting isn't as easy to control when copy and pasting from other sources. Not that we need a full blown Word doc, but the ability to remove formatting for copy and paste might solve the issue entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows my team to track numerous creative projects across multiple teams. Before we were forced to have separate project trackers and apps that didn't communicate well with each other. This led to more time and energy being spent on updating and communicating than necessary. The ability to integrate our CRM with Base saves a step in our workflow that's super helpful.

Don't let the name scare you off!

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing information in one place and effortless communication with employees. I really feel like my entire company is working smarter. As a small business owner, I find myself working less after 5, which is a big deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app feels a lot different than the website, other than that I can not really complain about anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less email chains where everyone is getting confused. You can track communication based on topic instead of multiple emails. No more searching through thread after thread....all the information is right there.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is infinitely customizable. Whereas with previous software we had to adapt our workflows to the software, we adapted Monday to our workflows. And we aren't stuck to a single solution. Each board can be totally different, and we make great use of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Archived tasks are difficult to search using the native search function. Task Dependencies are missing. Because Monday is so robust, there's a bit of a learning curve/intimidation factor for new users, but that can be dealt with through training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is our collaborative work management software. We use it to communicate without email and manage projects. We store files, track time, set priorities, view timelines, aggregate costs and budgets... everything we need we have a customized board for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not only is Monday eminently customizable to suit your purposes, they release new features weekly. Since adoption in early 2018 they've introduced a whole suite of new features that are easily adoptable and have become integral to our operations.

A single solution for all your project work load management needs

What do you like best about the product?
Although none of us like Monday we all love Monday.com. The amount of work we're able to streamline and track as a team using Monday.com makes us a well oiled machine. Everyone knows what they're responsible for and everyone knows what everyone else is working on at all times. No more questions about who's doing what when people are out of the office. Whether you're a computer wiz or beginner it's so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first started using Monday.com there were a lot of features that would've been nice to have but since using the software and the funding they've received they've added all those features and more we would've never even thought of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a corporate payment solution provider and we use this to track all of our projects and certifications. We've also managed to convert the shared mailboxes we use for requests the form based boards in Monday so we can track the status of all our requests and support needs.

Get it sooner than later
