What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall look of the site. I like the color coordination they use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if someone jumps into it who doesn’t know what they’re doing it can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. We use it to track the process of different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall look of the website. The color coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the amount of freedom the site gives you to design it how you want makes it hard for people who don’t know what they’re doing and results in making it hard to use for everyone else without the proper training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues as well as tracking project and progress of different projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure whoever the primary implementor is knows what they’re doing and doesn’t make it harder than it needs to be.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com you can keep a fully automated time log. The platform includes comfortable kanban worktops, so it's easy to keep up with everything that happens in each project. Monday.com manages the SEO of our website, and offers work models that we can customize based on our requirements. We like to keep track of the versions of each document that we add to our management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com does not serve to manage ticket sales processes (in the case of projects that require it), since it does not have point of sale tools, impressions, barcode readings and tickets, and in general it lacks Reservation management, either online, on site, or by mobile platform. Nor does it manage discounts or concessions, much less credit cards and promotions. It also does not help to create and edit electronic signatures, and to keep audit records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we decided to opt for Monday.com our follow-ups of the group work have improved by 100%. Now they are much more detailed and systematic than before. With Monday.com we have been able to better define our goals, tasks, and work in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend it for its excellent capacity. With this great platform you can get a much more professional workflow than with any other. It also handles large amounts of projects, since the page supports databases, and allows each project to be stored in separate work fields. It is excellent for scheduling meetings, either internally or legislatively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile monday is. We use it for inventory counts, Repair tracking and current shipment tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more optimized for counts- it's missing automation features like automatic integration of daily shipments to inventory counts. Ideally my job would be maintaining a system that updates itself, instead of updating the system manually for every shipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been more on the same page as a company about what needs to be shipped and what needs to be ordered. This is huge for productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're curious if the system will work for your specific needs, try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to learn how to use, and how fun it made creating and organizing projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a team to use a new tool is always challenging, and Monday is no exception despite its relative ease-of-use. Like any software, you get out of it what you put in. If you can get everyone to use it, it's a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recommend it for remote teams. It helps me stay on track and keep people in the loop (and accountable!) without losing conversations and decisions in long email threads.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com I can execute several projects simultaneously, it offers several functions that are very useful for the whole organization, such as tracking and attracting potential clients, it has a personalized work flow, which allows configuring the projects of agreements to the needs of each one , just like it has allowed us to increase our profits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be noted that this software has some complexity at the beginning, and may be difficult to execute at the beginning, but grabbing the thread of its functions is good and represents great help, and its technical support is at the service of what you need, Monday. com is an indispensable tool for the proper functioning of your organization or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to how robust and complete we have been able to solve several areas we have given management and monitoring of our problems and errors, it is really very solid, we are comfortable with implementation, one of the advantages that we like the most is having a CRM included in this software as well as the help that gives personalized workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good ally when it comes to running several projects, whether small or large, recommend Monday.com? If of course, at first it will be a bit confusing, but after a certain time it will be the best tool for your task management that you have obtained.

Monday.com has proven to be great marketing software

What do you like best about the product?
It has an excellent marketing automation system, with which you can manage landing pages and web forms, and you can track the Return of investment through the history of the business. It also allows mail campaigns to be drip, and can be managed based on lists and predetermined models. Monday.com's high capacity to be deployed on so many devices synchronized to the same account is something quite interesting to watch. We are very satisfied with the customer service of Monday.com, as they have contributed a large number of online solutions to our inconveniences of use. The quality of technical support obtained by Monday.com has turned out to be quite high, and that pleases us. They offer many answers according to all kinds of problems. There is an extensive online community whose main objective is to help make it easy to learn how to exploit all the features offered by Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not serve adequately for the economic section of the campaigns, since it does not allow tracking expenses, resources or nominations. It also does not have SEO tools, or catalogs and promotions for online stores. Other disadvantages of the platform are that it does not allow to add shopping carts to stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is the ideal platform when it comes to making advertising online. It has a good email marketing system, with many easy to customize templates. It has an integrated CRM with which it is very easy to segment and organize our potential customers, and improve the relationship with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We highly recommend the use of Monday.com. It is full of useful tools aimed at improving the way we advertise online. We recommend it for its excellent WYSIWIG editor for emails, and because it is good when it comes to managing sales funnels.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent project management software. Monday.com offers a fast, warm and very customizable management, especially in which it refers to the team tasks added to each project. With Monday.com it is very easy to track work progress, and review the performance of each team member. We like how interactive your dashboard can be. This can be customized so that the information windows shown are the ones we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like the slowness of your drag and Drop tool, since it takes a lot of time. We do not like its quality manager, nor the visualization of its kanban boards. We do not like the scheduling tools, as they are very limiting when it comes to reviewing deadlines for delivery. We also did not like that email notifications have few options of configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we used Monday.com our project management has become more organized and systematic, since with its system of no tasks we can control and review even the smallest detail of the progress of each project. We have also been able to save time thanks to its wide selection of templates. Most are attractive and very complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com has proven to be an excellent organizational tool. Our small business has been pleased with its user experience. There is no doubt that this is an excellent investment. We recommend it a lot for the development of large-scale projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I think this program is good because I can create boards, which are generally tasks that can be assigned to different people. In addition, the interface is clean and the color coding within a project or dashboard makes it easier to process the information and give updates to the assigned tasks. Added to that for project management is one of the best tools I have found due to its level of functionality. Besides, it has good customer service and is effectively integrated with the Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
One negative is the mobile applications. I like the Monday application, but I think it's not the best implementation, especially for collaboration on the move. The notifications can be a nuisance, I have to go to the personal configuration to turn them off. In addition, there is an inbox and a notification bar, so it's a bit confusing to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday at Dockyard Inc, as a project management tool. It helps us keep people on task and meet deadlines. They have excellent visual templates to use and build according to the best option they see fit. It is a great customizable tool that has given us a track of the progress of the tasks in an effective way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is ideal for companies or those people who work remotely. Very easy to keep in touch and in line with colleagues, allowing you to have a project management according to estimated dates in an organized manner. A great program.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes large multi-faceted projects seem a little easier to handle and a lot more organized. It's a great tool for me and my team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to better integrate Monday with other programs such as Google Calendar, Dropbox, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams handles a lot of large projects, and with Monday we can lay out each project individually keep track of the tasks and assign tasks to specific team members. It keeps us organized and ahead of the game.
