monday Helps Monday’s!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of use is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tad too many clicks to get to a simple solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, keeping track of all the open projects my department has and the status of each object. It’s really helped eliminate the who’s working on what problem and multiple people starting in on the same project.

Help your team work with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Easily the Monday.com platform informs users when the tasks are ready. Its board is easy to understand. As well as I manage to reduce the delivery time of the projects I do not present any type of delay and no difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com should place its point of sale function on any of its platforms. When I have multiple projects it is not easy to have a panoramic view of resources by the consultant. They should improve their support for customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we use Monday.com for project management. We manage to see each progress and follow it up. This tool is used. We work as a team, this makes this platform allow us to see if any of us has a problem and if it is the In case we help you in the best way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ideal for your cooperation in medium or small companies, taking into account that the standard characteristics must be respected. With its Monday spreadsheet style, it works to track your projects, without having to have a learning curve is the best solution.

Monday makes everything so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots that I like about Monday. Tops: Board variety. Collaboration. Lamas. Status bar. Time tracking. Board sharing that allows clients to follow or give input on projects. Templates. Yeah, that one is a major plus. Starting off with ready-to-use well-designed templates made using the app a breeze. It was actually fun to enter info using those. Integrations. Love that I can add a task and it shows up in my Google Calendar and I can send a mail to a colleague directly from Monday using my integrated work email. That is a major major timesaver! Personalised dashboards. The massive amount of options that I can put on a dashboard to keep track of things. The fact that I can have numerous dashboards. Very practical when working on different projects or with different teams. The easy to use interface. The colours. Seriously there are tons of other things I like about Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there anything? Let me thinking...nope, I can't think of a single thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday: there was the whiteboard and Google Calendar and a lot of "Oh, but I thought you were doing that!" Quite a mess at times and some angry people. After Monday: stars aligned. Organising is a breeze and we have a good idea of where we're at on all projects at all times with a simple glance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a time-saver (and a lifesaver) for anyone who has a lot to organise: tasks, projects, classes, clients, teams, portfolios...It's clean interface makes it super easy to use. The widgets and board templates are designed for all kinds of projects from marketing to teaching to film production to product development to research...everything works here! The features are very diverse and well-thought out. They seem to have thought of just about everyone and everything at Monday.
Easy and Fun
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a great user platform that is colorful, and functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to copy and move selections to other boards (a bit like excel copy/paste functionality would be great!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects and now seeing better what stages other departments are on.
Monday keeps your time organized and on top of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is user friendly, keeps tasks organized, holds users accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team has to be all in on Monday. If users do not keep up to pace on Monday or if there are too many tasks on the site, it can be easy to stop using it and get bogged down in all the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all tasks, keeping them organized, and making sure they are done on time. It also helps to see what other people are working on.
Perfect (or as close as you can get) Project Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Provides the best visual map of the software we considered. We needed something that allowed us to track projects in our Robotics Process Automation Dept. We didn't want an IT specific tool, but something that was a little more visually appealing. Additionally, we didn't have a large budget. Monday.com fit the bill for all of these. In addition, the automations and integrations that the system provides was perfect, allowing us to spend time upfront instead of during each project contacting business users for reviews, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system offers quite a bit, it's apparent, upon getting in and using Monday.com that they are still new to the game and have a lot of features that they are still developing. The automations/integrations, while powerful and extremely helpful, still are limited in how we would hope to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Monday.com to organize and track our robotics process automations department across various functional departments in the organization. The ability to add/change/update/track projects has greatly improved.
The right platform for dynamic cross-collaborative tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Everything feels so easy with Monday-- there's no excessive clicking, no excessive ways to log things, easy duplications and bulk updates. It just feels RIGHT. There are lots of platforms I've used in the past and this one just feels natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't disliked anything yet-- would be nice to have some sort of tie in to Garfield the cat who HATES mondays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-collaborative views that are not overwhelming. Scrum management that feels like projects and not one-offs by how it's represented and organized.
Amazing Task Management App
What do you like best about the product?
Monday also comes with a phone app so you can update your boards from anywhere. It’s also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a little smarter. When you duplicate a board you should be able to decide to keep certain pulses and remove others instead of all or nothing. I also wish the text box would include more vertical space instead of being cut off horizontally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization- it’s helped keep track of projects and you can keep all information in one place. The boards are much simpler than excel and google sheets and users can all log in on their own accounts and access the same boards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple task spreadsheets and boards, switch to Monday where everything is in one place. You can even create private boards for certain users and public ones for all.
Nice customization options, but buggy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday com allows you to create a ton of different views and columns to match everyones workflows. Automatons are also pretty great. The software is generally easy to use, which is a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bugs i've encountered during the first week and i assume there are more to come. I also dont like they you have to use dashboard to keep track of YOUR activities, and dashboards have less functionality than boards. Generally i feel that monday team had idea to make users click 5 times instead of 1 and considering this is a software our team might use every day, it kind of holds me of from using it. Other stuff:
- no default view for inbox - 1 extra click
- cannot create new task by clicking the timeline
- not showing entire list of assignees when creating a task, not only first 3 - more clicks
- Mandatory fields when creating task - ???
- Delete grey group ("rejected" by default) of tasks in canban
- Color coding on timeline (dashboards) random?
- Dependency - drag and drop on the timeline, wrike-like - you have to manually type task name to create dependency - more clicks
- No kanban for dashboard - not sure why this is missing
- Cannot Change the order of the groups on my dashboard
- Cannot change the order of team members on the timeline
- Make widgets full srceen on screen with 2k resolution
- No default view for the board
- Desktop notifications dont work on the mac
- BUG when saving an assignee filter on the dashaboard
- Have all menu items open (boards and dashboards)- more clicking
- Move Dashboards up - why they have to be at the bottom? And as soon as you click dashboard - they move up. What kind of UX is that?
- No task templates - this is obviously "i wish it was there", but using boards doesnt work us since boards live in separate spaces
