What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace excels in API monitoring, data analysis, and business analysis, making it incredibly useful for our day-to-day operations. What stands out most is its ease of use and the number of features it offers. Despite being a powerful tool, the interface is intuitive, which made the implementation process smooth for our team. Its integration with our existing systems was seamless, and the platform offers great visibility into all data points. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, ensuring we get the most out of the tool. We use this daily to track the issue and successive sessions

The only downside is that Dynatrace's pricing can be a bit on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or businesses just getting started. Additionally, while the platform is feature-rich, it can take some time to fully leverage all its capabilities. A more user-friendly onboarding experience would make it even better.

It feels like having an extra team member who’s constantly watching over all aspects of our systems, from infrastructure to user experience. The AI-driven problem detection and root-cause analysis really stand out, helping us resolve issues before they even become a problem. The automation features save us time, allowing our team to focus on bigger strategic projects instead of firefighting. Overall, it gives us a lot of confidence in maintaining a smooth, high-performance environment.

While Dynatrace offers incredible insights, its extensive features can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The platform has a steep learning curve, and it takes time to fully understand and navigate all the capabilities. • April 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Not much to be honest, It has been much too hard to implement it in AWS and there are to many gaps
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kubernetes implementation has been buggy for a long time. The Support fuction is slow and often doesn't resolve the issues.

Very cumbersome Dynatrace query language.

Gaps we have observed are lack of AWS VPC monitoring (VPC endpoint metrics)
MSK - very basic metrics
Delays in problems alerting.
Very few AWS service default dashboard (RDS, DocumentDB etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many
