What do you like best about the product?
It provides a finance specific data model right out of the gate. It's unlike the other marketing and crm platforms where you need to build your own data model.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not as much extensibility through code when the existing features don't hit the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with customers at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to work within the best practices that total expert provides.

The ability to automate and help drive sales through our marketing campaigns.

There is so much that can be done on the system that it can be overwhelming at times but it's great once you learn them!

Total Expert is working hard to grow and expand its offering, but there has been lots of staffing changes that has causeed us disruption.

What do you like best about the product?
When you work work with TE, you always feel like you have an advocate on your side. Always available to listen, always up for the challenge. You feel heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We always wish things moved faster or that our problems were solved - we know it's not always that easy but it can be hard to grow when the platform feels like it is not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are always looking to solve for bettering our relationships with our agents and clients through the journey. Always looking for ways to leverage our databases and TE provides great solutions to both of these.

What do you like best about the product?
Total expert is a one stop shop for our independent mortgage broker company. It has made contact with the consumer a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adoption of certain features are low and the help or advice is minimal. We would like more suggestions based on case studies and what other companies are doing successfully

Communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The overal ease of use for our sales folks. We have found that it is a good fit for the majority.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been hard to accept all of the added costs, including APIs that don't come with the expected integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing and driving increased engagement, as well as offering partner benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as much as you can for the Loan Officer - if you wait for them to implement and deploy, it will delay results.
