Okta: A Highly Versatile Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, I have worked with Okta across various companies, and I must say that it is honestly one of the best SSO solutions on the market. Not only is it user-friendly with a modern interface, but it also boasts high security standards and supports working with thousands of users simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need for more tutorials on Okta to fully develop its potential. Additionally, the cost is quite high, especially for startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, we use around 15 different tools. Having a Single Sign-On (SSO) system really helps as it allows me to access everything without having to remember so many passwords.

Best authentication and sso provider
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use mobile app. Simple user dashboard to monitor and control all authenticated apps and services. Option to add multiple 2F verification like a physical key.
What do you dislike about the product?
SDK support can be extended to newer programming languages and documentation can be improved for SAML based SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise SSO and 2F authentication.
Easy to use and integrate
What do you like best about the product?
The web application and mobile application is quite easy to use and approve push authentication notifications. Also, the SSO flow smooth for integration due to clear documentation and supporting libraries for each language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app does not have the feature to copy the generated OTP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves our clients complete authentication and 2f sso flows.
Ultimate SSO Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of this tool is commendable! The single sign-on is damn easy to implement on all your phones and laptops. The number of user verification options makes life easier aswell :)

Nothing I can think of. Been using this tool for 5 years now and the experience is great

Just the easy of signing in the security it provides. Both have been top notch

It is simple, lightweight and it protects me from unauthorized logins,

I don't really think there is anything when it comes to security.

I like the IDP features it has and the easy that it is to have things working on it

You can build things and processes on it and it can become a lock-in

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Okta comes with all the necessary essentials. Because you can access all of these features simply logging into a single application, Okta can support many applications and function as a one-stop shop. Because you have to successfully complete authentication and verification before you can use your account, Okta also makes sure that it is safe. Additionally, it's really simple to use and browse.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single thing that I dislike about okta workforce identity....

You may save a ton of time by using our new system, which easily gathers all applications in one location. Eliminate the need to search across multiple platforms.

Reliable, Enterprise SSO and Identity Management
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and usability of the platform makes it easy for both users and admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It amazes me that some of the platforms haven't created point and click applications. There is always a way to make it work with the protocols, but other platforms need to get on board.
