Great click fraud protection and dedicated support
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that I can trust that CHEQ’s IP blocking and negative audiences will block click fraud, saving me tons of time in trying to figure out how to do so manually (especially on Bing). The dedicated support is great, reps clearly know the product and are quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to block bot-like traffic from Shopping/Performance Max campaigns, but this is more of an issue on Google’s end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bot-like/fraudulent traffic. This saves me time in trying to figure out what sites/keywords are generating this traffic and saves our company the money spent on these clicks.

- Having campaign names displayed next to campaign ID would be nice for the reporting and the exportables

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying fraudulent clicks and being able to exclude them helps us to reduce unnecessary spending on our paid search channels, and therefore to save and optimize our budget and performance

What do you like best about the product?
Cheq is the best tool at reducing wasted ad spend due to fraud on Google Ads. Also, the sales/support team is very helpful in the areas that matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda tricky to get exact measurement of the software's ROI, but through careful planning you can obtain a solid signal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cheq solves two problems for us on our paid search (SEM) campaigns. 1) It reduces wasted ad spend due to fraudulent ad traffic. And 2) it reduces wasted ad spend due to inefficient ad traffic (i.e. we use it for frequency capping which is hard to do on Google Ads' search campaigns).
This benefits us by significantly improving ad efficiency (even after including the cost of the software).

I would highly recommend Cheq Paradome
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Cheq Paradome my business was being targetting for fraud on both Adwords and Bing. Since starting with them this has stopped and my CPA is down alot. Also, the team are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It is by far the best fraud prevention I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud on both my adwords and bing accounts. It has saved us a lot lf money and also got our CPA down. It's also nice to not have to worry about these things!

Cheq is saving us money and helping combat IVT
What do you like best about the product?
Cheq's platform allows us to fight against IVT without taking time away from our clients. The system identifies and blocks IP addresses and creates a second layer of protection by creating an audience list that we can exclude from campaigns. With their robust reporting system, we can make critical decisions and changes to enhance our performance and save advertising dollars. Overall, we are seeing healthier campaigns and more accurate data as we remove unwanted traffic from our paid advertising efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the support team can run reports, I would like the option to have access to the IP addresses that are blocked. Also, the platform reports do take a little more time to process and download.

The main problem we are solving is blocking invalid traffic and wasting advertising funds on "fake" clicks.

We officially started working with CHEQ in January 2022 but the contract was closed two months before. They did not hesitate to start working, the service, the dedication.
Even after all the implementations were done and we started working we always felt we had someone to turn to that and we get added value beyond "just blocking bots and click fraud".
in addition, we were ROI positive from day one and after 5 months we see a decrease every month.
the insights have always been elevated and give added value. Tiffany the Customer Success Manager always asked questions and showed strategic thinking and exceptional service skills.

There was nothing during the sales process, onboarding, and day-to-day work that was not excellent.

We had a very high percentage of competitors running on our search terms and we were looking for a solution to block click fraud and boots.

Today the market is flooded with solutions, but the services and the attitude, don't mention ROI positive from day 1 is worth everything.

The business case they put together that showed how much money we could be able to save by using their services went above and beyond!

Nothing! Their product and service is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Real time click fraud and spam blocker protection. Great for if you do alot of paid campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads/Display/Bing. It also monitors organic fraudulent traffic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the package you purchase, there is a heavy lift with IT for implementation. However, if you are just looking at the basic PPC, it does its job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: we advertise and invested heavily on Google Ads PPC and Display for our marketing campaigns. We need to ensure all the clicks we're paying for a legitimate. We realized by implementing CHEQ, we have saved a significant amount of spend and takes the guess work out of whether or not the clicks were valid or not.
