Very Good MDM Platform to Use.
What do you like best about the product?
KIOSK Mode is the best thing. Also in KIOSK mode, they are providing the compliance policy i believe that is the best things platform is providing which give us a good control.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Multi-Application mode they should provide control over the profile creation with my best knowledge i didnt find that anywhere other wise user can create a new profile on phone and access things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KIOSK mode which we are looking for our product.

Fast clean and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Does what I want it to without having all the complexity and plain bloat of other MDM platforms. I like having the API for does periodic reporting, and in the future I see integrating with it to automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of small annoyances. Alias name being truncated on the device list is highly annoying, especially with multiple devices with the same basename. Tasks are lacking some visibility. I understand as they are asynchronous to the web interface, but it would be nice to list pending tasks for a device. The event feed sort of shows this, but you really have no idea if there is a queued task for an offline device or the like. The map on the dashboard needs the pins to be labeled. And I have not checked in a while, but I think the API does not allow accessing location data? There are randomly failed tasks from device provisioning to application deployment. We just try it again and it works. But, it does make updating our application across all devices a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an MDM tool mainly for our delivery tablets. It locks the tablet down, provides a way to push our app out, and provides reporting for the tablet. We deployed our tablets and Esper at the same time.
Basicaly working fine withough any support need end support for configuration of device templet.
What do you like best about the product?
fast process of application over cloud system
What do you dislike about the product?
end point support like space allocation and data sharing over device is complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to makeing templet and allowing google application with some restriction
Esper is easy to use and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
UI is very easy to understand. Device onboarding and Blueprint creation are very simple compared to other MDM.
What do you dislike about the product?
They only focused on Android. If they support cross-platform like Mac OS, IOS, and Windows, then it's easy to maintain the enterprise device at a single point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to allow app-based location permission settings for users. But it's Gray out and it will take the blueprint settings by default.
It good to use but you need to check if there is a option to lock the Kiosk mode
What do you like best about the product?
Except for kiosk mode every thing works so fine and great
What do you dislike about the product?
Lock kiosk mode. all rest are working find and great for using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to check the on the notification bar
Great Management Tool For Our Android Devices
What do you like best about the product?
What surprised me about Esper was the ease of use and deployment to our devices bundled with the amount of features that it offers. It is a complete package that allows me to take control of the devices within our company to remote manage without the need to have the device in my hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue I have found is that sometimes our devices are online but the portal shows that they're offline, but that is not a big deal or a game changer as to how this tool performs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete control over how the staff in the company use the devices making sure that they can only access workplace approved apps. Also being able to remote manage and add apps and updates remotely is great
Simple and quick Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
Administration is easy to set up and quick to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin management on the device is cumbersome if not non-existent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to manage android tablets. Allows control of installing apps and limiting non business use.
Straightforward device management
What do you like best about the product?
Once I had figured out how to create a blueprint for my devices, it was a straightforward matter to then provision them. The first device was the hardest, and then the remaining 5 were really easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more documentation, and perhaps some examples would be helpful. I don't use Android devices very often, and it seems that each one is slightly different so it wasn't easy to figure out how to apply the required settings for this particular device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We write mobile apps that integrate with our desktop software system, and then deploy these across our client's organisation. Esper helps us to consistently configure all the devices. That way, we can guarantee what's installed on the device so we can provide the support when required. We are expecting a system-wide upgrade soon, and once all devices have been provisioned we believe that this will be a very easy operation to perform.
Helpful in controlling activities of team
What do you like best about the product?
Online enabling and disabling of apps, online deployment of app installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a very long time to set up a device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members use to install unnecessary apps and games and spend time on those. After using esper, my staff is more productive.
I am using Esper to teach my students about MDMs and how to manage mobile devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Robust, easy to use, and at a great price ! I am using Esper to teach my students about MDMs and how to manage mobile devices. Esper is great, so flexible and great for education because of the price point. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a bit of trouble trying to enroll an older device. Got it figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to give students hands-on training with a powerful MDM!
