Clean workflows, simple documentation.
Time to observe and apply any out of the box logic is less due to intuitive interface.

What do you like best about the product?
ThoughtSpot easily integrates into your existing environment. The ThoughtSpot interface makes it easy to create dashboards and consume data. The dashboards provide instantaneous analytics which allows us to review and react using its operationalize data-driven insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a brief ramp-up cycle to begin effectively using ThoughtSpot but it is brief and it is important to have IT support to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot integrates seamlessly with our additional reporting applications and provides us with a detailed snapshot of our business and KPIs.

Really Intuitive & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use it offers. Natural Language Processing is something that would appeal to a lot of Users who are not that technically proficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizability of Liveboards is an Achilles heel as of now. Hope it gets more customizable in the future.
Also, the connection options to data warehouses, although ever-expanding, are still relatively lower than competitors.

Thoughtspot has helped us create an NLP-based Self-Service tool that has democratized data for the end users. Along with its AI insights, this provides excellent value to end users on their data.

Very simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other BI tools, it's simple to use and easy to get people engaged. The interface is not overwhelming with buttons or settings. This is the biggest advantage of ThoughtSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's biggest strength can sometimes be a drawback: when it comes to advanced data analytics and some really complicated formulas, other BI systems seem to be more friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to look for insights, create a dashboard and share it with other users. The way the product is built (search, saved answers, saved dashboards) makes the workflow really easy to understand. Also it's not easy to "break" a dashboard by other users, once it's created.
Its has been great, always learning something new, the search feature is awesome

The search feature and the ability to create/change between several visual options

I was the App was more robust, the will enable me to get my updates will on the go. Hard to check laptop while moving.

A More Accessible Alternative to SQL
What do you like best about the product?
ThoughtSpot allows people that aren't familiar with SQL to perform most of the same functions in a more accessible platform. Custom ThoughSpot boards are very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commands and functions take time to learn when creating ThoughtSpot boards. Additionally, there are still some bugs and glitches that I notice from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot's custom dashboards allow us to share data and visualizations with our colleagues. Furthermore, having a dedicated data team create dashboards saves analysts a lot of time.
