What do you like best about the product?
-ThoughtSpot is an effective data summary capability and easy dashboard customization and the data exploitation ability on ThoughSpot is excellent. The system also integrates other platforms like Snowflake and others effectively.
-The report table provided on ThoughSpot is the best, the system updates are perfect and the content searching capability is amazing with great searching speed and the creation of project reports is faster.

ThoughtSpot is one of the most optimized analytics platforms, it has helped us to get detailed and comprehensive insights on our business processes with the help of its analytics functionalities. Data visualization has become highly efficient and easy, which has saved a considerable amount of time for us. The platform is fast and can perform complex tasks with ease and with no issues. Also, the NLP capabilities are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we have a scaling need in terms of data storage the costing model is very high for us and has caused some issues. Bugs such as loading data from other sources, issues while saving files are frequent and could be fixed to create a smoother user experience. Implementation for any organization could be a tedious task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have initially set up a reporting platform wherein complex reports on basis of a high-level analysis of data can be generated which allows us to have a better understanding of our processes. Many of our analyses used to take up a significant amount of time to be carried out. This has been reduced as the capability of ThoughtSpot is really great.
