I like Lucid, but would be nice if there was a tutorial.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how we could use it for a virtual class/collaboration. Many of us were able to use at once and it was relatively easy to nagivate once we figured out how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to know what to do first to get everything to work properly. It woudl be benefial to have a tutorial for users to watch and learn about the program before using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed many of use to collaborate from miles apart. None of us were at the same location so it was nice to be able to see what others were doing and using in their classrooms.

Great collaborative product
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to add multiple users to sticky notes, whiteboards, and other projects. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to make sure everyone has an account to use the collaborative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having different notes apps.
Great product for quick diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, intuitive, and has a ton of options for designing the right diagram for your purpose
What do you dislike about the product?
The text modification within a diagram can be a little tricky, the formatting is a little harder to handle than a word processor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me design more digestible presentations for work.
Good flow chart/visualization tool for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Its a pretty straightforward tool to use for my specific use case which is building flowcharts that are linked to our confluence instance. I leverage the atlassian integration so my wikis that are in need of additional detail will also include the lucidchart flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues with it to be honest - I picked it up without any training or insight into it and was able to do what I needed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Text to describe things becomes too dense at times, especially when trying to go over bullet points in a meeting or in a presentation. Showing a flowchart like the ones I can create in Lucid helps me be able to walk thru the process more effectively/efficiently.
Excellent Collaboration Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Lucid to be an excellent collaboration tool - my team uses it for Agile planning and sprints and the real-time editing has been excellent and easy to use, which is a key feature since we typically use it during live meetings. It allows us to work simultaneously with both remote and in-person users with little to no delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
If too many people are adding items at once I have found that the application can run a bit slowly, but other than that, I can't really think of anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both remote and in-person users and Lucid allows everybody to work in real-time together on planning!
The best tool for diagramming and architecture
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and breadth of tools are second to none.

I have not came across any downsides thus far.

It helps guide discussions during virtual meetings. This is helpful with online trainings required for my job

Very easy to use. I create all my model schemas on Lucid charts

Doesn't give you all the formatting of text format and colours like excel
