What do you like best about the product?
Nice intuitive tool, that allows bunch of ecommerce related things. Many retailers around the world use it very successfully and without any issues. great customer service and account management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complicated implementations require lots of development work. Technical support, even though knowledgeable, often times require going to engineering team or professional services. Some of the essentials tools are not even on the roadmap for development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theme integration, custom development, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and personalize the platform.

Lack of reporting ease, can be a bit cumbersome.

Scaling the ECOM business. Ability to have a robust, stable Site.

Kibo's support network is top notch. They're always available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Source code lockout on Marketlive - implementing features can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We continue to transition more catalog customers to ecommerce with Kibo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Kibo support is excellent. You will have issues with any platform, pick one with great support.

An excellent ecommerce platform

What do you like best about the product?
The simple use of this platform. We are several stores around the region here and they were able to very quickly and seamlessly populate accounts for each one of our doors. They give me a simple way to look and manage all of my stores from a regional admin level. Fantastic experience over the last 4+ years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for returns can be hard to look up at times. I dislike that there is not more filtering features to find order#'s when email isn't available. ie. address, customer name, date, store fulfilled by.. etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has opened up our brick and mortar retail to a seamless ecommerce platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I likethat Kibo provides step by step checklists when procsessing e-commerce orders
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the layout of the website, it could be easier to locate each customers order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kibo helps properly process orders and in case of refunds makes the process a lot easier on our business

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability of the solution and for the most part customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a big issue and makes it difficult for marketing to track the effectiveness of campaigns and promo codes. KIBO is missing the big picture when it comes to the importance of analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a more from our e-commerce platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KIBO is a good platform and a great value if analytics arent a priority. I hope one day soon Kibo will make the updates needed to provide more robust analytic tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I am not very tecnological and I find it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the functions were easier to find. If I can't figure out how to do something it takes me forever to figure out how to look it up.

What do you like best about the product?
As a smaller size company, working with Kibo makes our web team feel much larger! Having experts available for advice, strategy and support helps us reach higher goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, support tickets take a lot of time to complete. Often communication error related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently switching to Kibo's NG website platform solved many issues such as content management and merchandising.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Kibo's new NG website platform! We worked with Kibo to build a completely custom website experience for our customers. We get consistently great feedback!

Good staging features

What do you like best about the product?
It has provided with good templated pages which help in customizing your pages or newsletters pretty easy. It has made hosting pretty easy as well and is very robust.
They provide good customer services as well, which is definitely a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the parts of it where you can actually edit the content already posted. It also takes a lot of time sometimes. It can also be a little costly. But overall, I have enjoyed using it as it also works well on all the platforms I have tried it on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the e-commerce and marketing side of management very easy for the team. It provides us with quick and easy solutions which are very helpful for customizing and shipping out our sales.

It is a very helpful software for everyday use and management, and I highly recommend giving it a shot.
