What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that sets Kibocommerce apart from other e-commerce solutions is its powerful integrations with popular third-party tools and services, such as Salesforce, SAP, and Magento. These integrations make it easy for businesses to streamline their operations and optimize their online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind for product features, but pricing could be high depending the size of your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary problems that Kibo Ecommerce aims to solve is the difficulty of managing an online store across multiple channels. Many businesses struggle to keep up with the demands of selling on their own website, as well as on 3rd party marketplaces. Kibo Ecommerce provides a centralized platform that can manage all of these channels, making it easier for businesses to manage their online sales and reach more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the whole bundle of products but specifically their order management system is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support team can be improved in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our order management problems as we are present on multiple e-commerce platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The service platform is easy to use and navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
From a marketing perspective, there are certain things that are difficult to execute through Kibo including SEO and email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our ecommerce platform and order management system so it is our headquarters for operation.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly environment not a lot of menus on the system thata have to click on, easy to understand on a agent environment, give the customers or orders information on just one screen
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone clicks on the incorrect screen creates a mayor bug on the system, we are not able to leave notes on the customer level just on the orders, not all the features works properly and we are not able to create bundles with any type of item as a subscription, has yo be a pre-charge bundle already set up on the system. Also creates multiple accounts for the same customer instead to link everything to the same email address
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That on the same window we are able to search subscriptions, order installments and items lot codes. Now if a customer update the card online, updates for everything instead of new orders

Rich Features and Solid Roadmap

What do you like best about the product?
I like the rich OOTB features. Kibo already has many features that you can use out of the box without adding custom code. Plus, you can add custom code thru the extensibility API. They have a solid roadmap for adding new features. They are easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discount cannot be determined by custom Order attributes or custom Customer attributes directly. Need custom code to update the Customer segment (which adds complexity).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to evaluate which eCommerce solution meets our business needs. We have a lot of business logic that Kibo can handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Their out of the box capabilities were very robust and their order management and inventory capabilities we found very capable.

Their presentation was excellent and working with them was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language capabilities was challenging for our company but it is on their roadmap to fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we ended up not using them , but they were very great and the timing just seemed not right. So much so that a review on their capabilities is warrented.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very worth reviewing they have some great functionalty

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless omnichannel experience. Site performs very well on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing large, diverse product catalogs with complex pricing could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabled us to reimagine our online presence and offer customers unprecedented visibility into our products as well as BOPIS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have numerous product offerings, don't underestimate the effort required to gather all the necessary data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the API connectivity and flexibility so that my developers are free to build out the business logic that we need. Kibo provides 80% of what we need OOTB, and we can build the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kibo needs to provide better developer support tools in order to deliver on the promise. Documentation is still lagging, likely because they spent resources on acquisition rather than updating the documents, and samples of code are not as ubiquitous as they should be. When one of my developers runs into an issue, we have trouble getting an answer about how to get un-stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kibo provides great ability to scale sites and tools to support our business. We're not dependent upon other resources to get what we need on our timeline rather than theirs.

Full eCommerce suite covering the CMS / Shopping cart / OMS / PIM core functionality - all brought under the Unified Commerce Platform in 2020-2021
Added personalization features through Certona and now Monetate
Flexibility to customize platform modules in the multi-tenant cloud environment
Kibo team focus on the microservices-based and API-driven functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
With multiple acquisitions under the hood and many platforms to integrate into the UCP, Kibo has a lot of ground to cover in terms of integration work.
The marketplace for plugins and extensions is modest; thus, material SI-type work must be accounted for in implementations.
Kibo environments/infrastructure are complex and require expert partner knowledge for implementations - although this has improved much in 2021
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a premium Kibo Solutions Implementation partner for over 10 years. We see Kibo used by a range of our clients from mid-market to global brands and distributors. OMS functionality is one of the best on the market today, flexibility in terms of customizations to be done to support the most exotic cases is a huge benefit.
