What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I like best about Docebo is how smooth and intuitive the whole learning experience feels — both for learners and admins.
As a learner, I love that everything I need is in one clean dashboard — my assigned courses, progress, deadlines, and even AI-suggested content based on what I’ve completed before. It feels a bit like Netflix for learning — super personalized.
As an admin, I really appreciate how automation saves so much time. Once I set up learning paths or groups, Docebo automatically assigns the right content to the right people. Plus, the reporting and analytics are clear and customizable — I can actually see how learning is impacting performance.
And the integrations — with Slack and Teams — make it easy to embed learning into daily workflow rather than pulling people out for training.
So in short: clean UI, smart automation, and real personalization — that’s what I like best.

What I dislike about Docebo is that some of the best features are locked behind add-ons, which makes it a bit expensive as you grow. The platform itself is great, but you really start feeling the cost when you want to expand or use advanced features like automation or AI-generated content.

As a business, Docebo has really helped us streamline and scale our employee training and partner onboarding in a way that’s both efficient and trackable.

I find Docebo incredibly valuable in facilitating seamless onboarding and training processes for new hires as well as seasoned employees. What stands out the most to me is its ability to set up comprehensive company courses that can be accessed by employees at any convenient time, significantly reducing the cost and time associated with hiring external trainers. I appreciate how it enables communication and collaboration among employees through feeds and posts, allowing them to share information, work on their weaknesses, and run the company work smoothly. The performance tracking feature is particularly impressive as it allows for monitoring employee performance, helping in making informed recommendations for further training to optimize skills and productivity. The dashboard provides a complete overview, which is easy to navigate and helps in accessing real-time information. The customizable nature of Docebo ensures that solutions are tailored specifically to a company's needs, unlike other generic tools. I value that this platform supports remote access to training materials, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in learning and operational processes.

What I appreciate most is the ability to design personalized learning experiences tailored to our various personas. This approach transforms learning into a meaningful journey, rather than just a task we are required to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the steps are cumbersome and take a considerable amount of time, which makes implementation more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to track all internal employees for both compliance and professional development, as well as to monitor external customer compliance training and support their professional growth within the industry.
Easy to Implement with Excellent Support, Though sometimes it's a bit slow

The product is easy to implement, and the customer support, including pre-sales assistance, is very good.

This platform isn't very well known in Italy, and I have noticed that it can be a bit slow at times.

Having all employees trained simultaneously, on the same topic and at the same level, is very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Docebo for its simplicity and ease of use; it makes managing learning pages, plans, and courses a seamless experience. The initial setup of Docebo was a breeze, which was straightforward and didn’t consume much of my time. This ease extends throughout the platform, allowing me to focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Unlike other learning management systems, Docebo equips me with the tools to design creative pages, courses, and learning plans effectively. The design pages feature has been particularly useful, aiding me in crafting well-planned and structured learning trajectories. These aspects enhance my productivity and reinforce my decision to continue using Docebo, making it a system I would definitely buy again. Ultimately, these features contribute greatly to my satisfaction and I would likely recommend Docebo with a high score of nine out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notification system in Docebo quite challenging. While it is flexible and customizable, it remains hard to use efficiently. When I receive a higher volume of notifications, keeping track of each one becomes difficult. This makes the whole notification experience somewhat frustrating for me.

Powerful, Flexible Platform with Robust Features and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very powerful and flexible learning experience platform. It makes it possible to customize your platform for a variety of use cases and business needs. Due to some mergers over the past few years, Docebo has proven flexible enough for us to make substantial changes to our architecture and system setup on our own without the need to engage consultants or professional services. Docebo has also added several new features like AI enhancements and a content creation tool which makes it a must more robust solution. In addition to this, Docebo has a wide array of integration and automation options like Docebo Connect which can simplify a variety of admin tasks. Docebo's onboarding for new clients and new upgrades (like Docebo Connect) is very well thought out and Ive been impressed with each of their team members Ive worked with over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concerns I have about Docebo are things they are aware of and already working on. There are some legacy portions of the platform that still use the old interface. While these function well, they need to be aligned with the new direction of the platform. Docebo is already working on these areas and address these with regular updates on their roadmap.

Docebo is a key part of our onboarding and ongoing skill development programs. It also is the hub for our management development programs.

IT is a very simple platform to use. Their training is easy to follow, there is always something new to learn.

The learning curve to fully build the system takes a little bit of time.

We are able to provide all our employees with standardized training as soon as they are hired, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary compliance courses. The system also gives us the flexibility to create trainings tailored specifically to our organization, making it easy to share important knowledge with just a click.
