What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can use TM1 for all kinds of planning and analysis, not just financials. It is infinitely flexible, and we use it extensively outside of the Finance group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The front-end continues to lag a bit behind other options on the market. We ue TM1Web, and it is functional but not very "modern". We have tried implementing some things in PAW, but haven't yet gotten anything into Production. The learning curve is steeper than we thought, and we've had issues with private views/subsets as part of the dashboards.
