NinjaOne satisfies the RMM requirements for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Account management team in Sydney (Ben) has been very informative, responsive and available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has been a bit of a let down. They are excellent at following through but we've had more cases closed due to feature/functions and/or tasks being unavailable to the RMM than cases closed with a solid answer.
They are however very persistent and will see things through til the end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, it's only used as a tool to manage patches and notify us of issues on end points.
IT Asset Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asset Management is awesome as we can keep track all of our IT assets seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall lack of guidance from the technical team on how to fully utilize such great tools.
But account manager is really helpful and supportive.
Pushing updates and deploying new software is quite tough and not friendly at all.

Solid RRM Platform with great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring, patching and the ability to push out scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get false alerts regarding down servers. It doesn't happen often, but it can be a bit annoying when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerts and auto-remediation of issues with scripts we've built for purpose.
Adding features all the time, well supported, and at the right price
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can actually receive technical support promptly. Bugs identified actually get passed onto the devs to be fixed. Compare this to the last RMM and I suspect I still have tickets which have not be resolved years later.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some features over RMMs which have been around a lot longer, but that gap is closing all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of our endpoints and which ones are having issues saves us time. Being able to tell at a glance what percentage of endpoints are unpatched is excellent. Monitoring for specific issues using custom scripting has been a life-saver and allowed sigificant customisation. Automation saves time, and Ninja does that well.
NinjaOne experience
What do you like best about the product?
One of our favorite features has been our account manager. She's always reaching out, keeping us in the loop on developments, and getting us involved with new features and whenever we have a problem she's been very effective at driving quick solutions for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search and reporting are not fully featured yet. Biggest example of this is trying to get a report that is searchable and filterable. As an example, we frequently have clients asking for software inventories and there's no good way to get the a sorted/clean version of that data from a client wide view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, one of the biggest reasons for switching to Ninja from our previous RMM was that it was in active development and that's continued to be well represented by engineering, that they're actively working to create useful solution and build them in at regular intervals. Easily twice a year an update happens that makes our lives a little bit easier.

Executive and Asset summary reports save me lots of time.
NINJA powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
NINJO one's UI is pretty easy to navigate. It also has a decent amount of features from Splastop, Terminal, and spec information regarding it's computers that is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
NINJA usually installs pretty easily on computers, but ever one hundred computers or so it has an issue with an install. In these cases it often doesn't uninstall/reinstall very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NINJA one, helps us alert us whenever one of our computers is having an issue whether it be a low storage space available or a disk error. We also occassionally use it for remoting onto computers, and it gives a good snapshot of where the computers spec are at.
NinjaOne is a great tool for managing servers and desktops
What do you like best about the product?
Patching works good with Windows and even Linux now. Automation scripts and easy PS / Terminal access is also a big plus. Overall I'm more satisfied to it than other tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote management sessions don't always launch and have connection errors. There's little learning curve to use patching and management but once you get it set up it's works good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint patching, inventory, monitoring and management.

The powershell scripting has made my job a lot easier. The scheduling has gotten easier
