So far the software does what it states it can do, so gooood!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, the ease of use and the many features included, Support has also been fantastic so far!!
The whole team loves it...
we're having a positive experience with NinjaRMM from a technical perspective. We find it highly scalable, which aligns well with our evolving IT infrastructure. We're currently exploring additional features, such as Ninja Backup and possibly Ticketing, to assess their technical effectiveness and integration within our systems.
The scalability of NinjaRMM is particularly noteworthy, allowing us to efficiently manage and monitor a growing number of IT assets. The prospect of incorporating Ninja Backup and Ticketing features adds another layer of functionality that we're eager to evaluate in a real-world technical environment.
As we conduct the Proof of Concept (POC), we'll be focusing on the technical aspects of these features to ensure seamless integration, effective performance, and alignment with our specific technical requirements. Ongoing communication with NinjaRMM's technical support and account management teams has been an A+ experience.

Remote help, patch management, inventory,etc
NinjaONE for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has streamlined several of my daily tasks as a system administrator. We have incorporated it into our group policy, allowing it to install simply by rebooting our pc's, making mass deployment a breeze. We use it everyday as it can monitor all of the systems in our network. Whenever we find ourselves at a loss, the support team is quick to answer as well, which has been heaven sent more than once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain aspects regarding deploying scripts and batch files that can be steep learning for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote monitoring, support and maintenenance. It has made working from my office infinitely simpler.
Super glad we found this!
What do you like best about the product?
I have several things I like including the set up was super easy, implementation took minimal effort, and the product has a small footprint that our users don't even notice. I use it every hour of every day and push out patches, remote access, and monitor issues before our users even call. Their support team was super helpful getting us set up and going. Highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much to dislike yet. I don't use 100% of the features yet but I like what we do use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our workstations up to date with OS and the 3rd party products we use daily. I typically don't even have to leave my desk and I am now going to try to automate most of the things I do manually. Huge time saver over what we used to have.
Almost one year in production
What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives almost complete control over our computers as long as they are connected to the internet
What do you dislike about the product?
The software deployment section of ninja needs some development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since COVID we have transition to the hybrid work mode, 2-3 days at home, plus we have transitioned to laptops rather than the desktops. So now we were lacking some controls over the laptops while they were outside the corp network, we had several tools that we were using for remote access/remote deployment/ticketing/etc. We combined those multiple tools into ninja and it has given us much better control over our end-points.
Review of Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
The overview of each computer. Different policies applied to different computers and servers. Different options for remoting on the computers. Setting up auto restarts for devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have more than an hour on the utilization. I don't like how we have to send an email to our rep to update device count. I think that should be automatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to monitor our clients computers. As well as manage the patches applied to the computers. We also enable webroot to apply virus protection when needed.
Its been awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The patch management on devices the monitoring and all those studf that are extremely fast, also the scripts that you can make your own and push then kn device's
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres bothing i dislike till now it works perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patch management that we wanted to control the windows updates for our users and the function that alerts us for critical updates that users dont have
NinjaOne- Everything you need in a RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated remote tool, automation and scripting
What do you dislike about the product?
UI was confusing at first, Software install has to be done through a scheduled task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a solid tool for patching and automated software installs
New at RMM Game - Not sure what to expect
What do you like best about the product?
What did i Like best about NinjaOne - The Onboarding Process was easy and we got lots of help getting the system up and running quickly. Agents were Installed and the default monitoring all installed. The system is very flexible and any or all scripting is available Powershell, VBScript to name a couple. We are accessing a lot of systems through API and SNMP. The communities are a great resource for this kind of thing. The fact that we can call and get support or catch sessions to cover any of this stuff for free is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I did not like as much about NinjaOne - As we were first time RMM users, we really did not put enough thought into it at our end, so the design and build took a lot longer and even now we would think our automation side and monitoring of unusual items has given us a big learning curve to climb. I dont think we were expecting to script as much as we have done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was our first attempt at a RMM Solution (we are end user not MSP) and the lack of proactive monitoring and remediation puts another layer of work on the team that should in todays world by covered by automation
Great solution for managing and monitoring client devices. Great integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
The patching and application management is very good compared to ther solutions I have tried. It is nice that the have Teamviewer and Splashtop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing huge stands out. The support can be a little slow at times, but overall good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily patch and manage my client devices from anywhere. Great that it can also deploy bitdefender.
Great for managing a medium-size organization of several hundred endpoints.
What do you like best about the product?
Remote control works well; cloud-based console means endpoints only need an internet connection; scheduling and automating patches and updates seems to work well; overall, it's been great for managing several hundred endpoints, including workstations and servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing (and uninstalling) and the native remote control software seems a bit finicky, but may be related to security settings on our domain; was able to work around the issue by using the Splashtop remote control software instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization had long struggled to keep endpoints patched in a timely manner; automating and scheduling the install of patches has increased our security baseline and allowed the IT team to direct attention and time to other areas.
