Powerful and user-friendly tool that makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne every day to resolve user issues, and I find it both powerful and incredibly user-friendly. It supports Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, which means I can easily manage devices across all major operating systems.
I especially appreciate the resource management tools — they make it simple to monitor resource usage and quickly identify performance issues. The backup functionality is also invaluable, helping ensure that critical data is never lost.
And if any issues do come up, NinjaOne’s customer support team is always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t really anything I dislike about NinjaOne. However, I do wish it offered full remote control for Android devices — currently, it only allows screen viewing

Device inventory, endpoint management, resolving user issues, and full backup of critical computers
Intuitive Interface, But Needs Stronger Remote Access Security
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to figure out. It made it easy to train our employees to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the remote access for employees had more security features.

We were able to consolidate several products into NinjaOne.
Solid RMM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and offers powerful tools for remote monitoring, patch management, and automation. The interface is clean and intuitive, highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all macOS patching features have been rolled out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it much easier to monitor and manage all our devices from one place. We save a lot of time thanks to automation and remote access, and the alerting system helps us fix problems before they affect users.
NinjaOne allows our small IT team to have the reach and functionality of a large coporate team.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our small IT team to manage a large and diverse set of endpoints. Full insight and management into local and remote systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annual licensing. While NinjaOne is very cost effective, I would prefer to add licensing on a monthly basis as needed.

It gives us the tools we need to solve our IT problems. From remote scripting and patch management to offsite password resets.
Fast and Up-to-Date, But Clipboard Features Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and stays updated. I prefer it over the others

Clipboard features not always available, cannot use my Espanso program on host

Replaced BeyondTrust which would have installations fail over time
Flexible and Powerful, But Error Messages Need Improvement

Open structure of software. Like great API, good scripting possibilities, etc.

They could be a bit more precise with error messages

Quick Deployment and Time-Saving Automations with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
The deployment and ease of use for NinajOne was great. We were able to get it up and running in a relatively short time frame. We also appreciate the automations it provides, saving our help desk technicians time when performing routine tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't found anything about the product that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of constant patching is also an issue. NinjaOne makes it easy to approve patches and deploy them quickly.

I am truly impressed by the automations I can set up and the app's remarkable remote capabilities. Both features make using the app an outstanding experience.

I don't have anything to dislike so far; it's a very good product.

This app provides everything I need to efficiently manage my organization's PCs and servers. It makes the process quick and straightforward.
NinjaOne Makes Ticketing Easy for Non-Tech Staff and Technicians Alike
What do you like best about the product?
As one of the few non-technical staff members in my office, I often handle calls and create service tickets. NinjaOne has been a great help in allowing me to accurately identify the correct device for each ticket I submit. This not only streamlines my own workflow, but also makes things easier for the technicians. They can see in advance which device needs attention before reaching out to the customer, which helps them prepare for troubleshooting more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the few non-technical employees, I have consistently found NinjaOne to be a valuable tool for me. I haven't encountered anything I dislike about it so far. The platform has made the process of creating initial tickets much simpler for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to have pertinent device information in one place even for a non-tech like myself.
Great RMM Solution for IT Companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to setup and work with. The organization and policy are easy to configure. I also like that it has a lot of features with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not crazy about the ticketing or documentation part of the software. The ticket system lacks a lot of features

It backup has help us on our routing for backing up servers and capturing images of our servers. It also helps us monitoring closely our updates and patch management
