What do you like best about the product?
I like the install process, very streamlined. Easy to manage computers in the web interface. Easy to navigate and find by computer name or user.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Ninja doesn't re-connect, the Services need to be manually restarted on computers. Delay when sending messages through the chat capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to be hands on with users when they are having issues or able to remotely asisst when new users are onboarded.

What do you like best about the product?
Internal PC details. HDD status, network status, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to install client without admin rights meaning you cant start a guest session if user does not have admin rights. Reporting is only in PDF form unability to maniuplate and sort data for analysis. chat between interface and client takes too long for messages on client side to appear. Dont use at all, use notepad instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hard drive degradation reporting is very helpful. Before we had no way of knowing until the PC was down.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to restrict uninstall capabilities and detecting duplicate serials is very nice so that when a machine is re-imaged, it does not create a duplicate entry. They continue to advance their feature set with minimal performance issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
no screenshots available to view without logging into the remote machine. I am also not a fan of the installer file name changing with every version upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to log into machines and assist users with problems.

Excellent Windows management system

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has helped us to save a lot of time by automating our processes in endpoint management. We use it for scheduled Windows updates, automated software installation and remote management. It has taken the place of using many tasks from the domain controllers to manage the endpoint computers. The interface is clean and easy to use. It has saved valuable time!
It now has a ticketing system that allows us to track tasks and problems. This allows for better insight as to how we can increase out IT department efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is so easy to use, there's really not anything I dislike about using it. It has helped our department gain needed time to dedicate to other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff has been able to dedicate time otherwise spent on patch management and software installation to other tasks that require attention. We can push out an emergency patch if needed quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
the control panel, because it is very visual and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
that no other remote tools can be implemented except for TeamViewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
through the tool I add equipment or servers, which I can then control or maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint is not duplicated after re-register on the Dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Legacy messages: NinjaOne only allows communication with the user while remoting to the machine, so we can't review the chat after the remote session ends and the user can't communicate with us when we are not in a remote session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoints is not duplicated after re-register on the Dashboard
OS and Software Patches Management easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to remediate devices with out-of-date updates. Easy to onboard new devices. Ability to submit and vote on feature requests. The NinjaOne teams is very responsive to user input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules lack some features. None are deal breakers. Also, I understand they are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of security and 3rd party updates. Keeps unpatched devices from "falling through the cracks".

Keeping IT asset inventory. No more spreadsheets!

Great and convenient product

What do you like best about the product?
The support has always been quick, and the clean design makes navigation fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the design is smooth, deploying applications can be confusing, installing versions on the Microsoft store i.e. fire fox, Greenshot. This results in users having duplicate installations and causing some user confusion. Not entirely a fault of Ninja, our deployment solution we recently implemented resolved this so we no longer deploy applications with Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simple design prevents the overwhelming feeling of managing 300+ endpoints causes. Simple organization, script deployments, and patching save us hours of digging around to find what machine wants to be trouble.

What do you like best about the product?
The most powerful features for us have been software inventory, 3rd party software patch management and the ability to run PS and CMD line remotely. You can copy .exe files up then execute from command line. Or run choco commands remotely when you need a program on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least powerful features are the reporting. We'd like to really narrow down the updates that are occurring by Ninja - it's often hard to tell if it's done by Ninja, automatically by windows, or done by one of our other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3rd party software patch management. It may be a week behind, but our machines are very current. Also, there is a functionality that forces a user to reboot on a custom schedule you set. Rebooting regularly solves so many issues.
