I have been a thorough enjoyer of NinjaOne

  • November 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have become ninjas thanks for NinjaOne, it is helpful for monitoring everything we need to, and its usefulness is limitless
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the fact that i struggled to find something overwhelmingly negative to say. Ninja hasn't given me or my team any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can remotely solve issues with users that are on other networks to our own. This has increased productivity and ease of access to assistance when needed from users.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team and how eager they are to help and assist. The autonomy to do most things ourselves, the bird eye overview & deep level of reporting offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1GB limit for files to download/push. Not having the ability to make bulk changes like mass deletes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is solving remote support, patching, asset tracking, and application pushing/support.

Simple UI with powerful tools, some bugs

  • November 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from Connectwise Automate, I appreciate the ease of use in Ninja for tasks such as scheduling an overnight reboot. Complicated scripts would be required in Automate, where the UI has native options for these common tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne does have a bug in QuickConnect that I'm working through with support. An elevated window of any kind will block my inputs. If the end user closes the elevated command prompt, I regain control.
I'm not seeing an easy way to sort devices by machine type - desktop/laptop/server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a tool now that is implemented through a link on our website. Most users find Quickconnect easy to get connected with. Simplicity is the greatest strength, despite some present bugs at this stage.

Easy to use and better than others!

  • November 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and deploy. The alerting process is great, no special setups for raid or smart fails for HDD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be better for you to customize it. A cleaner look than what I'm used to. Support is good but could be better. I wish we could white-label the remote login app for customers. Example Splashtop, Teamviewer, or Ninja remote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to monitor, fix, and service over 350 endpoints without paying huge fees. Offering a great value to customers and peace of mind.

Great RMM

  • November 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is easy to use and their customer support is always available. Implementation is very startight-forward and the number of features offered today is good. Account reps are easy to reach to assist with issues, questions, and general inquiries. There are little to no complaints from technicians who are using the product daily as they find it intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While a great platform, there are several what I percieve to be "basic features" that are missing. These include Bitdefender GravityZone controls/dashboard, printer toner monitoring, better/more detailed reporting, and in general it takes them a long time to implement features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to remotely manage machines both from the back-end and remotly to assist users.

NinjaOne Experience

  • November 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Technician portal functions way better than my experience with other RMM tools like Kaseya in regards to ease of use and user experience. A lot of features are pretty intuitive. Ex. Backups, pushing scripts, connecting to devices, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support via email is a tad bit slower than expected. Other forms like meeting via a meeting to ask questions has given a better experience. But, this option isn't always possible due to schedule variability on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the issue of being able to easily assist remote users via their portal with a simple and easy to integrate solution.

NinjaOne is very intuitive and user friendly

  • November 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a one stop shop from pushing patches and updates, to remote monitoring. The interface is very user friendly and the KB has all the information needed to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should implement their own ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it easy to support endpoints by having a quick and intuitive tools to push out patches and updates. The ability to remotely support, monitor, and push out updates in one application makes things very easy.
