What do you like best about the product?
As an MSP getting the tool deployed quickly, efficiently and leveraging the work we've put into our configuration has been a huge time savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gap is being closed with every release, our biggest issue with MDM which we are looking forward to trying out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating our tools and having a single pane of glass for our operations center to work from, no longer are we missing alerts because a monitoring page is minimized or covered by another one of our tools.

Excellent and very well rounded RMM Solution

What do you like best about the product?
There are many positives about Ninja One. It is versatile and well rounded. The UI is excellent and consistant. The agent is light and comes as one piece of software (remote control software can bundle on top if desired) Highly recomend the Professional SKU giving a great bundle and excellent value for Money. Thanks to the helpdesk module we heavily use this software and the customer support has been good when needed also !
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found a couple of small niggles with the helpdesk platform. Being able to set 'organisation' is trickier than it needs to be but invaluable when you have 1000 systems and segmented IT Teams. But despite that the product is extremely well rounded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One has been invaluable for HW and SW asset management. Extremely helpful for remote support and for Helpdesk Functionality.

    Paul H.

Technician that has used ninja at 3 separate companies.

  • November 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the clean interface easy to use and this has set itself apart in comparison with other RMM solutuins. Implementation has always been smooth having used group policy and intune to deploy to workstations. Over the last 4/5 years I have raised serveral support tickets that have always been resolved in a timly mannor. I currently work for 2 seperarte companies who both use Ninja, this is an essential tool and used on a daily basis. We have integrated Ninja into our service desk, this allows us to proacticly remediate issues such as low disk space and disabled bitlocker. Additionaly we have used the Ninja remote tool since it was in beta, this was an easy transition from TeamViewer.
What do you dislike about the product?
3rd party patching has always been problematic and intemittent, often not offering a patch which can be manually downloaded. Office constantly shows failed patches, currently 1 3rd of our devices show failed software patching. You can't see what the inbuilt scriptrs are doing, such as enable USB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides patch management to servers and workstations, silent remote management, remote desktop, seucrity remediation via scheduled scritps. software deployment and manual patching.
