Easy to learn, easy deployments!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to learn all the features included with NinjaOne. This is a great solution if you are not running a domain, needing to create group policies and needing to automate your systems. I love that I can remotely send Powershell scripts, Java script, batch scripts and more from the agent. I love you can see computer vitals and file structure and events, without actually remoting into the pc, all from the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that all my automated scripts run inthe background. There are a few scripts I would like to have go to the forground to confirm updates are done and it would make it easier to run some custom software we have.
I also dislike how limited the reporting is. I would like to see more detailed reporting about hardware, like average cpu usage, memory usage, etc.
It would also be cool if we had GPU monitoring as well. we can pull the specs but it would be nice to see vram usage and gpu clock usage as well.

Adding a MDM is something I am looking forward to! We have a few iPads I would love to put our software on and monitor as well.
NinjaRMM -Quickly Evolving and Improving RMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of NinjaOne are the fact that it is continuously being improved with features that the actual users have input on with their unique feature voting and progress page.
Their support is also insanely fast and helpful. Free Engineering hours is nuts

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a smaller RMM so the user base isnt as big as some of the big dogs but it is quickly catching them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my issue of keeping all of our devices up to date, patched and secured. This gives me more time to focus on the bigger picture IT issues which is invaluable for a one man IT department
From nothing to RMM: NinjaOne is the one you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Before we started using Ninja we didn't use any RMM. We don't have a lot of endpoints. About 50. But still, as a one-man department, it is a lot of work. So I decided I want to manage all our Endpoints easier. There were a lot of parties, but Ninja stood out.
The interface is modern, sleek but easy. The management tools are fast, and you really don't need any documentation or explanation to get started. However, when you need support, they are great. They'll help you within a few hours.
The design, speed and how easy it is to use made NinjaOne stand out for me. They also develop new features like a MDM now, which only expands the whole platform. When you wish you can use Documentation features to build your own documentation, and a complete ticket system, removing the need for a seperate one, like for example TopDesk.
NinjaOne is a cloud service. You install a small service on the devices, and that's it. So implementing and integrating it was very easy. It was done within a few days. Support is willing to help, but for us there was no need for it.
In the end, if you need a RMM. NinjaOne is the product to take a look at. Since we've implemented it I almost use it daily, for good monitoring purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I experienced was that there is no real possibility to create Folders for your endpoints. You can create Locations, but a Location cannot be Split apart in Folders. There are ways to do this, but it is not how it should be.
The support noted this and submitted it as a feature request. So all in all, I believe they are taking a look at it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-man department in IT there was a lot of work with almost no overview and management. With NinjaOne I have a clear dashboard with all options, making it easy to patch and help remotely.
Very Solid Monitoring system
What do you like best about the product?
A very solid consolidation of multiple differen't services in one package.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few nitpicks like not being able to edit already posted comments in a ticket with an audit system to show what was edited by who, however the Ninja team is always improving on the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solves the issue of having to run muiltple differen't services from differen't sources all in a single location. This helps with overhead managment in the environment, reducing the headach of keeping track of muiltiple contracts or servers.
NinjaRMM is changing the way IT administration works
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about this tool is that u can Update/Upgrade several PC or server with ease. Even if there are unsupported thrid-party-applications you can simply install the newest Updates with this tool on multiple devices at the same time! The Customer Support is really, really good. I use this tool almost every single day. I cant think of not using it and I am asking myself how I did the work before I got to use NinjaRMM. The Integration and implementation is also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It`s hard to get through the menu but once u got it, its easy to find the important settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to keep all my devices up-to-date without any effort. I currtently manage around 850 Clients with this tool. I am very happy with the rollout of scripts with this tool. It`s so easy to write scripts with different languages and to implement them on the devices. It`s very helpful. I also love the way NinjaOne is developing the Mobile Device Management. Thats also a very awesome tool!!
Good RMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the patch managment and the ability to push scripts through the service. There are plenty of features and I am sure I am not using them all but the support is quick to respond and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality between the RMM and TeamViewer is lacking. The ability to remote into a machine individualy is not there. TeamViewer offers a good amount of features on its own and I beleive if Ninja is using corporate licenses for each subscription that we should be able to utilize the additional features. TeamViewer consistantly throws issues with not having a corporate account when remoting into different machines. This should be fixes ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support, patch managment.
Excellent tool for managing endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate portal, great documentation and support, lots of helpful scripts, good MacOS support
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is pretty good, I think- MacOS patching does need some work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are a 100% remore workforce with no on-premise assets (all work from home). NinjaOne is a great tool to manage/support users in their homes worldwide
Straightforward and dependable RMM tool
What do you like best about the product?
-easy to use once everything is in place, it's one of our daily use tools
-access to an endpoint via command line without having to remote in or bother the end-user
-script and task automation
-real-time endpoint performance information
-package deployment features
-TeamViewer integration is great, one of the most helpful features

What do you dislike about the product?
-Windows patching could be improved, we ended up using other tools
-Third-party patching covers a short list of software, needs a revamp
-MacOS and MacOS third-party patching never worked for us
-having customer support live chat would be a big plus in my book

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja addresses all our monitoring and internal support needs across our clients.
NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and silent software install. Status of all machines. Also the backup and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am connecting to a machine with a high resolution It is hard to see everything because it is so tiny. The only way to fix this is to change the users settings. There is a chance you will forget to change it back and the client will be upset. It would be nice if the size would change automatically when connecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to machines and installing/uninstalling software
Ninja One a big help for IT department.
What do you like best about the product?
Software deploy, Ticket System, Remote desktop: 3 words that describe a big part of "IT life".
With those moduls I'm reducing the time that I used to spend with the clients request, for example: "I need to update adobe reader, please insert the admin password", previously I had to conect to the client with VNC and perform the request but now every client open a ticket e from Nijna console I can push almost every software updates.
I did the implemetantion in 3 days and and I use it every day.
