What do you like best about the product?
An excellent tool for managing IT infrastructure. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate.

Automated patch management, ensuring all systems are up-to-date without manual intervention.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to easily tell if a patch has been installed or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the patching process, NinjaOne ensures that all our devices within the network are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.

Automated patch management saves us considerable time and effort that would otherwise be spent. I

The Smart Little Tool that packs a punch

What do you like best about the product?
It is a small robust lightweight tool, that provides an array of functionality at an extremely good price point. It covers a vast array of requirements for small business from centralising management to remote support abilities and providing the framework to deliver robust control to your environment especially if you are a remote workforce and not using the standard tools delivered by MS. It is Easy to implement and integration is continuious and expanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could provide a little more integration with GPO for Windows and expand on its Apple patching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving connecting a disparate workforce and allowing a centralised view and control of the environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The softwre is very straight forward and it's easy to use. Best of all, I don't feel locked into a contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an education center section built into the software pdashb oard itself, so when new releases appear, it would be easy to navigate instead of needing to find this on the site itself. Not much to not like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current issue with the implimentation of gravity zone. It was supported, but then it wasn't? I recieved an email that this new feature has been enabled and I am excited to learn more.

Really Unified RMM Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Security Platform such as Webroot & SentinelOne
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to Connect Azure AD and synchronize users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne really bring together obvious systems that need to be Unified, for example remote support tool and Antivirus.

What do you like best about the product?
the remote agent that allows you to remote into devices. As well as the search bar, allows you to search user account and pulls up that users' device.
What do you dislike about the product?
does not patch 3rd party applications as well as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us patch 3rd party applications and providing a unique way for us to remote in to other users

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, they have a community discord which i have used extensivley for help.

the scripting is amazing

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the support can be a little slow and unhelpful at times.

although they do answer everything that is requested.

i wish Ninja had a live chat feature like Atera
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made a few processes a lot easier, the main thing being at the moment we have found a script which displays printers installed on a pc which is great
pretty much anything can be fixed with a nice script which we have took advantage of

What do you like best about the product?
The support has been top notch, very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding some things like scheduled jobs on devices can be a bit awkward with how the website is designed. From my time on the help desk it would have also been nice to have built in feedback as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to view and categorize devices and apply policies as well as monitor their health.

What do you like best about the product?
Look and feel. Modern design and very smooth, with many powerful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The helpdesk has issues sending images and receiving them.
Helpdesk needs a new column that shows you the latest feed information.

What do you like best about the product?
The Windows patch management, Remote tools, and the monitoring capabilities are outstanding. It is very easy to Service multiple Customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish so far is that there was a partnership with PC Matic for AntiVirus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my customers under one pane of glass. Game changer. Thank you!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and logical. It was easily deployed and is now patching all of our servers and workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a couple of issues deploying and support took some time to get resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with preventative mainentance and it has replaced our Microsoft System Center for patching servers and workstations.
