What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is exceptionally clean, compact, and user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and get straight to work without unnecessary distractions.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, when it comes to customer support, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I have to rate them 0/10 for support. Their team consistently proves to be incompetent, with issues often requiring multiple attempts to explain before they even begin to understand the problem. This delays resolution time, sometimes stretching it far longer than necessary.
A particularly glaring issue has been with our custom fields, which have been broken for over two months now. Despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no clarification on the cause, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and failure to address the problem effectively has been incredibly disappointing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetating tasks, Remote access, identify critical devices that are offline, patch and software management, device filtering for autoamtion etc.
Great for basic RMM but could use improvements with scripting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like ninja for their integrations with our psa, built in remote tool, and ability to action a device based on device activities or device state.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scripting within ninja is extremely basic and lacks features. I like that we can have saved parameter values but there needs to be a way to have those encrypted and needs to be more robust than just having multiple values defined by having a space in between value 1 and 2. This also means there is no way to have optional parameters since if I try to provide a value for param 1 and 3 I have no way to do that other than removing the param. This is one of many issues with scripting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to connect to end user devices without needing a device code from user, ability to create backups of critical infrastructure and restore to cloud, and ability to action devices based on state of device.

I think the remote-desktopfeature is very good and easy to use

I can't search for the username, that would be very nice if this could be changed

We can support our Clients without wasting a lot of time and it's also easy to use for our customers.
Nice Ideas - Quite Easy to handle - but sometimes a character of its own

The Variety of Things you can do with it. It seems quite simple and is fast to understand

You cant stop scripts - Often there is no easy way to delete something, you didnt want to execute.

You can run scripts and go in the registry of the computer without any trouble, it's got enogh features and easy to use

i use it most of the day but don't have a lot of dislikes

The remote control features and the ones that let you see what is on a computer without having to remote control it.

Finding what you want, for instance setting a computer to do a back up in under administration ,organization,"your org" backup, slected devices if i look at a machine and it does not have a back up policy there should be a link there to turn it on.

Cloning from one machine to another, remotely solving user issues and check on devices remotely

Missing key features from other RRM's, a bit slow in adding them. need more options and features, in many things, dashboard,reporting, automation,intergration, accessing multiple cmd/powershell in devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote access to the device is easy, jumping from ticketing, to devices, to applications is easy, and fast. multiple device management, run scripts/applications, patch management,systray options and the whole branding options that are available is really good.

The intuitiveness of most items. It deosn't take much more than a quick search to figure most things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overwhelming feeling of setting up all the policies and rules from scratch. It's nice to have this much control, but difficult for a single person MSP.

Keeping up with and managing a large number of PCs.
