Effortless Setup and Daily Use—NinjaOne Makes IT Management Simple

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love NinjaOne for its simplicity! It was very easy to implement into our existing infrastructure and getting our devices onboarded. I have used it on a daily basis for a multitude of tickets. The remote tool is perfect and I love that it is built into the platform. Creating automations and custom scripts is also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to see the effect is has across my organization. Approving patches is quick and easy, but sometimes it is tough to tell how well device updates are being applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne we had no way of remotely accessing any devices at my organization. So the built-in remote tool has been a game changer on our remote days. It is also amazing to get access to live data from devices.

Unified Management Made Easy, But Mobile Experience Needs Improvement

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a unified platform that allows us to remotely connect to devices, manage them, install security patches, and configure settings from a distance. The NinjaOne library and forum also provide a wide range of automation scripts. As we transition from TeamViewer to NinjaOne, we discovered that NinjaOne offers a script specifically for removing TeamViewer, which we have been using to facilitate the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, NinjaOne can be slow when I try to access a device remotely. Additionally, when using my mobile phone, I have to use both NinjaOne and NinjaRemote, since they are two separate apps. This makes the process a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together desktop and mobile device management within a single platform has been beneficial. It also streamlines patching, vulnerability management, and security updates, all in one place.

Efficient and User-Friendly – NinjaOne Delivers

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the versatility of NinjaOne which allows me to manage various IT services in one place. From remote support to patch management and software deployment everything is seamlessly integrated. This centralized management saves time and significantly increases my team's efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I find that some advanced features can be slightly overwhelming due to their complexity, which could pose challenges for less experienced users. While I appreciate the depth of functionality, I believe that more comprehensive documentation or video tutorials would be beneficial in empowering users to maximize their use of the platform and navigate its intricacies with greater confidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NinjaOne's robust client management features, I can easily oversee multiple customer accounts from a single dashboard. This centralization simplifies our processes and enables us to quickly identify issues and manage client requests without feeling overwhelmed. The ability to track each client's needs and performance metrics helps us maintain better relationships and deliver tailored support efficiently.

Image Backup Feature Proved Invaluable When It Mattered Most

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have to admit, even though I was reluctant at first, the image backup feature has really come through for me during crucial times. Just an good RMM to integrate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MFA using a mobile phone number can be hit or miss. Sometimes I would just never get a code sent to me or it would be sent a couple hours later. But this was resolved but just using google authentication. The other thing I have been having issues with was using the remote feature which would not connect and ask me to update ninja remote with the ncinstaller. After downloading and running ncinstaller it would still keep asking to update ninja remote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an affordable endpoint and RMM solution. Lets me easily fix issues remotely in locations that would normally take a couple hours to travel to.

Easy Device Management, Smooth Remote Access with Minor Flaws

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, finding device information is super simple, the ability to find devices based off of different criteria is very good, exporting data to spreadsheets is super useful, and the remote access feature is very smooth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about NinjaOne is in NinjaOne Remote. Whenever I want to transfer a file over I have to use FTP but with other remote services like VNC I can just copy the file and paste it over. I think NinjaOne Remote would be absolutely perfect if I was able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us manage our devices and update them as we need to. It also helps us help our users when they need it and gives us all the information we need to do so.

Instant Insights and Fast Issue Resolution, But Needs Better Reboot Scheduling

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The almost instantaneous polling rate is impressive. Access to real-time information about endpoints and hosts, especially when combined with compound conditions, has proven to be extremely useful. The ability to address common issues on application servers as soon as they occur has saved us a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is the absence of reboot options within patch policies. It would be helpful to have the ability to stagger host restarts over a set window, rather than having them all occur simultaneously. While this isn't a major concern for endpoints, it poses more of a challenge for application and infrastructure hosts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to support our end users will also allowing us to monitor and manage configuration on all our endpoints across our organization. This helps us achieve our compliance and security goals while also allowing us to provide hands on direct support to end users.

Excellent Remote Support and Patch Management, But Reporting Needs Improvement

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in remote support tools, third-party patch management, and the capability to run scripts for onboarding remote systems are all valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the reporting features feel somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use this for patch management, which is essential for our operations. The convenient remote support tools also make a big difference for our small team, helping us work more efficiently.
