A good platform with a rough ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
Using Ninja to support devices has been very useful. Being able to remotely support, and managed users software is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ninja ticketing system leaves lots to be desired. It isn't as robust as a system designed for the sole perpose of ticketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing remote support of users/devices. Being able to managed/support users and their devices remotely means we dont waste time accessing systems onsite or using clunky windows remote systems.
So far this tool has reduced our dependence on other silo'd toolsets
What do you like best about the product?
I like how much stuff this product covers. We are going to be able to replace multiple expensive tools in our environment with just one SaaS application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing I would like to see, is a much more robust ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything is awesome

It is easy to use and quick to set up. Many people like the automation features because they make routine tasks easier. The customer support is also very good and quickly helps with problems. Additionally, you can connect NinjaOne well with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are missing or could be better. Sometimes there are problems with certain features. For small businesses, the costs could be high, although many find it worth the money.

The remote support is not good.

NinjaOne's script deployment is really useful
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's script deployment is really useful, we use Intune through Microsoft and find it annoying when trying to get feedback from scripts whereas Ninja is instant!

Being able to deploy Python scripts to linux would be helpful for our Microsoft Defender deployments

Being unable to offboard devices through an API is making it a manual task to clean stale devices.

Enterprise Device Management at scale
Product Review by Cirtec Medical
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy to use and provides a lot of out-of-the-box scripts and functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
the inability to integrate with out ticketing system for alerts (FreshService); when you put a device into maintenance mode, it doesn't stop the SMS alerts (I opened that ticket months ago and it still hasn't been resolved); the lack of network scanning to pick up and add devices automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule software updates and other scripts so that they execute on the remote device the next time it connects to the internet is a nice feature.
