User-Friendly Interface and Support, but Vulnerability Management Needs Improvement

Easy Onboarding and Great Support, But MDM Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to onboard computers and laptops. I also like the options we have to use when connecting to computers to help out our customers. When contacting Customer Support, they are very helpful and respond back quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I think can get better is the MDM. When setting up an Android tablet and iPad. Adding the Policies to the tablets is not an easy process. I think there needs to be more options like adding screen rotation to the setting when notifications are turned off. If this is an option, we can't find it.

Whenever we have issues with NinjaOne, they solve them right away. The only problem we are having right now is with MDM and we just found out this past week, and we need to reach out to NinjaOne.

NinjaOne The greatest tool for MSP's
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using NinjaOne for about two years now, and it's definitely a product packed with an incredible range of features. It's extremely useful for my daily work, and it works with almost every operating system including (Mac, Linux, Windows), if not all. The interface is straightforward and very transparent, making it easy to use. NinjaOne offers excellent solutions like Ninja Remote, which I find superior to similar products from other competitors. Implementing NinjaOne is also one of the simplest processes—whether you install it via an installer, include it in a package when setting up a new computer, or configure it remotely, it's all very straightforward. Their customer support is outstanding, always providing clear and helpful answers when needed. There are also plenty of useful resources, such as NinjaOne Academy and Ninja Dojo. Overall, I highly recommend this product!
