Great Combination of Services for a small company
What do you like best about the product?
That it combines patch management for OS and 3-party along with multiple remote access options and Anti- Virus all in one system for a good price.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have not included a backup system yet or a good IT inventory system. Not able to see peripheral devices on computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On one screen I can see the status of all computers and servers. I can also set up any notification.

This is a great choice for small companies with small budgets
So glad we moved to NinjaRMM
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, the system flows well and I keep finding ways to do things (Easily) that our previous system could just not or it was too hard to manage.Their roadmap is amazing and they keep adding new features all the time. Their support is amazing! They are awesome to get on with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only real issue I have is around the patching. I have a way that I like to do it as it makes our lives a bit easier. With that being said, there is a feature request system that I have submitted my feedback to so hopefully that gets reviewed and goes into their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation! It just works! We are preemptively fixing issues via automation which cuts down on the annoying tasks we would have had to do in the past. We are still in the early stages of using Ninja so as we expand on the usage it will continue to add more value.

Best RMM I have found yet
What do you like best about the product?
The web interface is beautiful and easy to use. From its integrations and alerts to its reports and customization, NinjaRMM is the best service out there, and their dedicated support team is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja is constantly being improved by its development team. In 2019 alone I have watched as weak points have dissolved and lacked features have been added. In its present state the only weaknesses I'm aware of in the server are relate to the Mac client. That being said, I know it's hard to make everyone happy when providing an RMM for Mac OS, and it's my understanding that most if not all of Ninja's shortcomings in that department are due to third party integrations and Mac OS security defaults. For example, I have had issues remotely connecting to Apple computers using Ninja-integrated Splashtop, yet I've had the same problems connecting with Splashtop on Macs that didn't even have the Ninja agent installed. Long story short, there are issues with the Mac client but I'm under the impression that the vast majority of them are not the fault of Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive scripting and alerts are probably the biggest improvement for me. Ninja allows you to create, name, and organize scripts right in the web console. The scripts can trigger alerts for specific devices, organizations, device types, etc. It's so useful! A perc battery goes out on a Dell server... BOOM, everyone in my organization gets an email. Predicted hard drive failure...boom! We know, we call the client, and we get it sorted before it's too late.

NinjaRMM - Disrupting the MSP software solution space
What do you like best about the product?
Single pane of glass for managing all your clients. Whether you are a one-man shop or a large MSP Ninja is the solution you have been looking for. Super powerful policies and ease of automation. Integrates with other solutions for ease of transition from another RMM. It is lightweight and gives you tons of control and management where other solutions lack in ease of use and stuff you with features that you do not use or need. Ninja updates its software very often and it's quick to add new features making it even more powerful than before. I cannot recommend this product enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come into a con for this software. Sure it has had hiccups but nothing that is not addressed almost immediately if you contact support or it ends up going through development and released with an update. If you can request it Ninja will do its best to add it to its features list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall Ninja is a great solution for any MSP looking to save some money and make supporting your clients easy and not a chore. Ninja support is super responsive and quick to turn around and fix your issues. As a company, they also treat you as a person and not a bottom line. Their backup integration has helped me in a few pinches with clients data. The best part of this software is that it grows with you as your MSP grows and it doesn't break the bank!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No matter how big or small your MSP is, NinjaRMM caters to all those looking for a solution and not a headache
Excellent starter and advanced RMM suite for your practice
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support for NinjaRMMs partners is excellent. Whether I need to access my partner success rep or an engineer, they all take the time to help. Couple that with one of the easiest platform's to onboard with and I have an MSP business in a box which can be launched in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the lack of a more detailed NMS (network management system) solution when contrasted with an Auvik or Domotz; however, given the minimal cost of Ninja's NMS and its simple feature set, it does the job fine for smaller MSP operations (before hiring additional techs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are handling our systems administration operation efficiently and quickly. Our clients are using the tools for help when ticketing and resolution are practiced. NinjaRMM is an excellent sys admin stack in itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small shop getting going, then you can't go wrong with NinjaRMM. The stack of tools they bring to the table: Webroot, TeamViewer, Cloudberry, Ivantis, etc, are all amazing and really help get the job done.
Ninja has been great
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been wonderful to work with! Everyone from their account managers to their sales engineers are wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable on the system and if an answer is not known, they are prompt in getting back to you with answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have had with Ninja in the past in starting initial conversations when demoing the product. Once we moved into the demo and were given an account manager to work with things have been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are so much more efficient in how we work now. Processes that were having to be completed manually are now being done using the automated tools integrated into Ninja. A lot of things have now turned into set it and forget it with the help of Ninja.
Ninja RMM is the best tool out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja makes using a RMM tool a breeze and makes it simple to setup and deploy without spending hours with a support team and watching hundreds of videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about the tool, it has met all expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sue Ninja to monitor all endpoints and keep track of what my endpoints are experiencing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best RMM tool on the market
"Extraordinary RMM that has a huge amount of potential"
What do you like best about the product?
Client administration is one of numerous zones that Ninja exceeds expectations in. Backing is constantly accessible and they have an answer or workaround for practically anything. The mechanization and detailing is most likely the best we have found in the market for a MSP. It is easy to scan for an endpoint, run a content, get cautions, screen basic server and system gadgets. System observing is another key factor in our choice to pick NinjaRMM. Seeing netflow from a solitary sheet all from the cloud is quite wonderful. Fix Management works 99% of the ideal opportunity for us (which is incredible in IT). Generally the issues are NOT from Ninja, rather Microsoft or an issue with an endpoint making a fix come up short. Extraordinary thing is you can see the fizzled fix, get a blunder code and simply fix it. Remote Access utilizing Splashtop is basic and works extraordinary. On the off chance that you lean toward TeamViewer they can simply include that too. We use Webroot and Bitdefender relying upon the clients needs and Ninja has that secured too. In general an incredible stage that always offers development.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion certain screens load gradually and I'm fretful. Ninja stays over this issue and resolves it when the issue happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has rearranged our endpoint the executives definitely. It has an incredible and developing list of capabilities with reconciliations that fit our business. As this item has kept on developing, we have turned out to be increasingly dependent on it for that solitary purpose of the executives we need. It has the highlights that issue over our customer base. Basically, it just works. We have so few issues with our oversaw clients, our specialists are presently effectively dealing with 20% a larger number of endpoints than with our earlier framework.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best nature of administration at the cost out of any RMM instrument we were taking a gander at. When you get familiar with the interface and how things work it is truly smooth, however it very well may be entirely startling at first.
Amazing new partner!
What do you like best about the product?
Our entire staff is onboard with Ninja and enjoying the ease of use. They are a great partner to work with and we feel we have a voice when asking about features or updates. The Ninja team is great to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a dislike, but there are a few features that I wish were implemented; however, I know they are in the works. Remote File and Registry explorer would be great to have. Also, updated integration with Connectwise is going to be helpful and getting BrightGauge integration completed will be a huge improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding - The onboarding experience for a new technician is incredible. Getting them up and running is easy with the way that Ninja does 1 on 1 training along with their easy to use interface.
Management - I'm saving hours a week not having to babysit the RMM tool. Updates work as configured, scripts and monitors work as intended.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to give them a chance. They are new and this turns some people away, but the company is really working for the MSPs and wants to be the best RMM out there.
NinjaRMM - Our Strategic Partner - Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
We partnered with NinjaRMM after running demos of over a half dozen similar RMM tools. None of them were as intuitive as NinjaRMM or offered the amount of features. NinjaRMM is constantly developing their product and releasing updates based on feedback from their MSP client base. Their support is always available and they actually want to help you solve problems. They are a strategic partner that we could not live without.
We love the integration with Accelo (our PSA platform), Cloudberry (backups), Webroot (antivirus) and Malwarebytes (anti-malware).

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we dislike about NinjaRMM. If there was something we didn't like we would have picked another RMM tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM gives us the ability for just a few technicians to manage hundreds of endpoints from anywhere in the world with real-time insight into everyday problems and remote support through Teamviewer.
