Ninja assassinates the competition!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja works, and it works well. Windows and third party patching that just works and an interface a mother could love. Simple to use, yet powerful enough to get the job done, from anywhere. Support is also awesome, which is huge...not that I ever need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, my only issue is that I cannot run a script as the logged on user from the Android app. Other than that, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my systems updated and patched, and that's huge for us. I've also been able to notify some clients their internet is down before they notice, and they think that's the cat's pajamas. Being able to now run scripts from the slopes is going to make this the best winter ever!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's perfect for small MSPs or those looking to get into managed services. It's easy to use and does the job nicely.
Easy to use RMM platform that still has room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is easy to use and has put together an RMM platform that is feature rich, yet not clunky. The core features are enough for most MSPs to manage there business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Roadmap items take longer than promised, sometimes a year or more past the date advertised. Ninja would be better served offering Connectwise Control, as it's more feature rich and significantly more stable than Team Viewer. An integrated PSA would be a nice addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows us to easily perform the monitoring and maintenance functions of our MSP, which would be impossible without an RMM platform.
GREAT Product, EXCELLENT Support
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the mobile app (really nice tool), TeamViewer/Splashtop integrated remote support. The software inventory is quite impressive. The scripting library is quite nice and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patch management could some work, I find that I occasionally have to deploy a patch twice before it is listed as installed. The other main issue I've run into are scheduled reboots not always taking place as scheduled (even if the machine is powered on). I'm having a bit of trouble getting WOL to work reliablely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to be more efficient with my time. NinjaRMM's integrated Teamviewer Remote Support allows me to remote into machines that are in other locations without having to always go onsite to resolve issues.
Better every release
What do you like best about the product?
The improvement and features that keep getting added
What do you dislike about the product?
Some missing features, like folder monitoring for such things monitoring log files of running software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing out Updates to update third party apps, monitoring and restarting important services on critical PCs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Company, growing every day.
Ninja for internal IT team
What do you like best about the product?
The software is a cheap month-to-month agent with robust features. It is very easy to use and can accomplish most basic support functions within minutes of installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some search functionality is counter-intuitive. Still a young software and growing out its feature set
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, software deployment, patch management, documentation
Great Experience with Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and implement and the cost is good. Reporting has been very helpful in working with end users. Also helpful in identifying potential problems before they happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. Would like to see more reports available, specifically for software licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is great. Also enjoy the reporting. I have been able to implement equipment replacement plans and upgrades with great success by using reporting. It is easy to show a client where they are deficient, why certain systems are slower than others, and helped to identify potential problems before they happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It was easy to get help, implement and test.
Christopher Thomas always gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Our rep. has always gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that come up. True asset to the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
what do i dislike? nothing...........................!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We streamline our workflow without needing to interact with the end user.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Software is pretty straight forward to use and saves me lots of times dealing with multiple offices. Not sure how I survived before. It keeps all of my workstations up to date with the right patches. It also helps with the people that work from home and never bring their laptops in to the office. Also, dealing with Nicole Darby makes any company related event's easier to deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally you cannot uninstall something silent and have to do it by hand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be multiple places at one time and installs updates to multiple software packages that we use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
NinjaRMM will make your life easier. Please demo it.
RMM that has made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great product support and that it’s about the features of the software rather than focusing on unnecessary features.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest drawback is the limiting reporting. That’s a feature I’d like to see progress on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for Monitoring and pro active maintenance. It has reduced our hands on time for patching. It’s allowed us to focus on other areas of our business.
Easily the best RMM on the market, its not even close.
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud interface is intuitive and easy to use. It does what it says it is going to do! The reports are great and it doesn't take a team of on boarders to figure out how to use the damn thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an automatic distribution tool. After trying many other tools, the only one I've found which worked well was Solarwinds NAble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes us agile. We work with Apple devices and are mobile first. It is easily the only one which works natively with Apple, Windows, and Linux. We've tried many other competitors and Ninja is easily the best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Getting NinjaRMM was one of the better decisions for software partners we have made in the past. It is ready to go right out of the box. Only recommendation I could give would be to find a distribution software like PDQ Deploy to automate network installation.
