Amazing Platform, Sales & Onboarding Experience

  • March 26, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Ninja RMM Platform! The user interface is very intuitive. You can tell the Ninja team put a lot of time and thought into building it out. The ability to see all of the managed systems in the dashboard is second to none. More important to that is the ability to take action on those systems in a very intuitive way. Automation, software deployment the list can just go on and on!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my entire experience with NinjaRMM has been amazing. Working with the sales team (SG, MB) to the onboarding experience and working with support has been a breeze! I'm sorry but there isn't anything I dislike about NinjaRMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I was using an older RMM tool. As the years went by it was showing it's age more and more. I finally got to a point where I didn't want to use it anymore as tasks would take too long. By switching to NinjaRMM I was solving two problems: 1 - was my issue with the previous platform and 2 - Was finding a platform that would give me the visibility and automation into my clients systems that was required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prior to reaching out to NinjaRMM for a trial I did my research about the company. I came across some threads that suggested the sales and onboarding process was difficult. I am happy to report that this was NOT my experience at all. I worked with SG during my trail and he was thoughtful, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I recently went through my onboarding process and that was also a very pleasant experience! The support staff at NinjaRMM are second to none. Most of all they actually want to be there and help!

Obviously this are social things but I believe them to be very important in selecting a provider of any sort. The platform meets all of my requirements and if you are like me coming from older RMM's that have been around for awhile (K) I think you'll have a wonderful experience with NinjaRMM.

Easy to use, highly functional RMM

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the clearly structured and tidy start screen
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least is that I can't always tell immediately if a machine is offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was the different locations of our machines. Today we solve about 75% of all user problems with remote maintenance via NinjaRMM.

The biggest benefit for us is the easy integration of batch and powershell scripts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have tested several RMM tools, including Solarwinds, Atera and a few more "unknown" ones. According to our specifications, we needed a tool that provides a remote desktop, a centrally controllable virus program and scripting. The price was easily negotiable.

What do you like best about the product?
Continuous updates have added new features, the AI analysis of patches has made patch management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Listing of locally installed printers would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A management system for our workstations, most heavily used features: BitDefender for AV, Ninja Remote for RDP, Patch Management, Asset tracking, Policies, scripts.
Now offering Bitdefender GravityZone integration as well as their own remote app, which is superior to Splashtop.
We also use Backup on select workstation and works pretty smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very clean, clear and concise online portal for management.
Patch management for OS and third party software is superb.
Ninja's support team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, platform is brilliant. So easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management for both Windows updates and third party applications are fully handled by Ninja.
Full hardware/software audit information is easily accessible.
A lot of our customers remote access requirements are also being fulfilled by Ninja's web based RDP system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ninja RMM is the best RMM system we have ever used. We spent a considerable amount of time reviewing other RMM platforms before we picked Ninja. We found the layout and overall usability of the platform so well designed, out technicians could not fault it.

The support we receive from both our account manager and the Ninja support technicians has been faultless.

It's intuitive and the best bang for the buck!
What do you dislike about the product?
scripting has some issues... things run on one machine and won't run on another.. even though there are standards for user/password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am traveling less to handle basic troubleshooting, they are contacting me knowing things will get done right then

What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't show system age...that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is just as simple as it needs to be, but no less than it should be. Intuitive and easy for new techs to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their script library is less prominent than it used to be, but on the upside, that's because it has grown immensely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have what is essentially an automated MSP with NinjaRMM and the integrations for Teamviewer and Webroot with Webroot DNS

Save time, save money... its powerful and simple

  • February 20, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It just works out of the box. We didn't have to spend countless hours configuring Ninja or hours learning the tool. It's intuitive and works on day one! The account manager reached out to me personally to introduce herself and make sure that our onboarding experience met our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can find that is problematic is that there doesn't seem to be a way to remote control into endpoints that are not managed by Ninja, like Connectwise control. Everything else either meets or exceeds our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we are able to solve is that we can now see problems with our customer's endpoints all in one easy-to-use dashboard, as opposed to having to sort through tickets, screens, and boards to "go looking" for trouble.

The biggest benefit to us is that it not complicated and just works. A tool doesn't have to be complicated to be powerful. Ninja makes excellent use of key application real estate to simplify ANY task and policy at the organization level, group level, and endpoint level. Everything you need to do is just a few clicks away!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Examine your current RMM solution honestly. If you spend more time learning your solution, on support calls with your RMM vendor, training your (already very smart) people on your RMM tool, then you need to give Ninja a try.
