My overall experience has been superb!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the interface, scripting ability, and customization. I like how Ninja is always evolving and integrating new APIs and partners. Andy Karruli, my account manager, has been on top of all requests with extraordinary response times. It has been a pain-free process since day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I can't wait for built-in service ticketing capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still in the basic setup for my clients. I have not had to dive too far into scripting for repairs. I look forward to learning everything about Ninja to utilize its tools to their fullest.

Ninja is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja makes software deployment so easy I can train an intern on how to write deployment scripts and automate essential IT functions such as third-party update installation, security posture compliance, and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one case where a technician was not very helpful. I escalated the issue to my Account Manager, and the issue was taken care of immediately. Ninja not only answered my concern that was "blown off" by the technician, they went above and beyond in ways that I wish I could dive in deeper on, but cannot. Suffice to say, my Account Manager more than made up for the one bad experience I had with their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software deployment, PC troubleshooting and setups, confirmation that third-party updates and Operating System updates are installed in a timely manner.
NinjaRMM - Good for Startup MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM provides a reliable RMM tool that is great for a startup company. I especially like the immediate integration of Bitdefender to provide a monitoring tool and security solutions with a single deployment. The fact that it is a total cloud solution makes it even better, with mobile app monitoring and the availability of managed assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls for different functions are hidden or difficult to find, especially on deploying antivirus and configuring the product. Also, the reporting is not as robust as I would like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I solve with NinjaRMM is remote support. Having the Splashtop integration allows for a fast and reliable solution to remote to endpoints and fix issues. Also, identifying assets by name and keeping them properly patched is another area that this product solves.
Small IT Services Provider Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has allowed me to support my customers with greater speed and flexibility which totally changed what I could do as a single-person shop. Having an app to remote into client computers allows me to get more done when I'm out working on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not wishing for anything new at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm keeping 100 computers running without having to go onsite almost ever. 10,000 fewer miles per year on my vehicle and more time with my family.
Ninja Review
What do you like best about the product?
Remote command line access, software inventory control and scripting
What do you dislike about the product?
I;m not a fan of the file explorer implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company computers are not all domain connected. Ninja allows me to control installed software. Massive help in rolling out new antivirus solution.
Simple to implement and use
What do you like best about the product?
This tool JUST WORKS! Install the NinjaRMM agent onto the devices you want to track and support and your off to the races. The agent install is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the software inventory reporting was more robust for the purpose of software compliance reasons. I get the information I need, but it is sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaRMM for Windows Updates, Antivirus protection, and Remote Support for all of our PCs deployed.
Great Onboarding Experience - Rapid Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM was simple to configure, easy to deploy and feels very secure. It's easy to keep my machines current on patches, and I have significantly more control over them than I used to. We had the system configured in an afternoon and all machines reporting in 3 days later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is that it doesn't yet work on iPads. (yet???)
I really struggle to identify anything to improve with the product for managing Windows based devices.
I really struggle to identify anything to improve with the product for managing Windows based devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining patch compliance, reporting on patch compliance for audit purposes, Remote deployment of scripts for configuration settings and environmental consistency.
Great RMM for SMB's
What do you like best about the product?
The Patch Management system is one of the best in the RMM space. I've tried a few other RMM solutions (in fact I do that often) to see what's out there and where other RMM's may look prettier or have a few more features, NinjaRMM fits our needs. Since most RMM's are designed for MSPs, NinjaRMM does a great job at reducing the clutter for internal IT departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to drill down into graphs to get a more detailed view. Software deployment works but it takes some time getting used to how they want it done. In the end, it does work. VMware support is there but it doesn't do much for our deployment since we have a vxRail cluster and their implementation looks at the individual esxi servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the only IT person at my company, I needed a tool to ensure all of my endpoints were always up to date with the flexibility to treat different groups of machines with their own policies if/when needed. I also appreciate the fact that I don't need to spend a lot of time managing NinjaRMM. For the most part it just works.
Outstanding Product
What do you like best about the product?
Everything has been absolutely flawless with the Ninja RMM solution. It has been one of the most stable and powerful tools I have seen in my 33 years in IT/technology. The pricing is extremely cost effective. Being able to remotely drill down into a PC's event log and technical details is invaluable. Also, being able to remotely remove and/or install software without taking remote control of the PC is completely transparent to the end user - the way it should be.
Ninja also provides many workshops, tutorials, and other technical material that is clear and concise.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've yet to find anything that we do not like or would recommend to improve. It is very reassuring that our account representative has been very responsive to get us connected to the right resource(s) to ensure anything we need is addressed, including a communications path to product management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can detect a lot of problems before the users see them. It has also enabled us to develop a Best IT Practices pamphlet tailored to each business for how the use their technology.
Amazing Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The deployment and ease of use of NinjaRMM is excellent. My engineering staff have jumped in and love the product. It gives them data and access needed to do their jobs more effectively. I also like the fact they actively seek customer input to enhance the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is weak, but this is a feature they are actively enhancing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch and remote access controls. The benefits for remote customers is extremely helpful. Issues that were difficult to walk over the phone are no longer present. I can service a customer that is 2 - 3 hours away or across the globe much quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been in this business for 25 years and I have looked at a number of products. The features you get for the cost are worth it.
