Great product. Easily manages our remote workforce.
What do you like best about the product?
The powerful interface allows us to get what we need accomplished. Allows us technical solutions where we need it and GUI driven simple rollouts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like it if ninja was able to compete with Group Policy for our remote workers, but that's not the primary goal of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing workers while they are not connected to our VPN is a life saver for our 'new normal' of a remote workforce.
Solid Product that does what they claim
What do you like best about the product?
Ninjas patching and update process is the best I have seen. While most of the time it works flawlessly the dashboards are easy to understand when it doesn't and easy to fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a reporting standpoint there is a long way to go. If you wanted to track SLA's on workstation or server uptime you really need another tool. It would be nice to be able to track this on each device and see a dashboard overall showing uptime and compare that to SLA's to see how well the environment is performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us windows and third party patching was one of the primary reasons we switched to Ninja. We then started use more of the automated tools to ensure software is installed and expanded on using alot of powershell through their conditions and scheduled tasks. Looking forward to some of the new features coming online!

Excellent support and patch management. Easy installation and remote control tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation, reporting, and searches. Backup storage is too limited; no file restore from the image and no support for SQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management and remote support.
I've had a great experience with Ninja and it's a great software to RMM my clients!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate it's ease to setup and deploy. I also like the fast support responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they could do remote group training or 1 on 1 session for partners each quarter. Would speed up learning curve and we can keep up with changes and new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to respond and be proactive with client issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! Nothing to lose!
NinjaOne is hands down one of the best Rmm products we have used, and ive used many over the years
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to handle cloud backups directly from the Rmm Platform, saving us from having to have seperate products to accomplish that task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides that ive experienced thus far, one minor outage of splashtop but wasnt Ninja's fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im able to take on alot more customers with all the automation available with NinjaOne, couldnt do without it
An essential tool for any IT professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all my endpoints from one pane of glass. The interface is user-friendly and straightforward. All the information I need to manage my endpoints is in one nice neat location! I love the Dojo and the road map containing items for future releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The RMM side is where Ninja started. All the new features still feel too "new" and not baked enough. However, I like the direction and am excited to see how NinjaOne develops these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. With a more remote and distributed workforce because of Covid, we could transition much more seamlessly. We continue to use it for remote assistance, patching, and software installs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the security, ease of use, the constant feature updates and developments. Compared to some of the other RMM tools on the market, NinjaOne is, by far, the leader of the pack.
