Comprehensive and reliable

  • October 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with a comprehensive and reliable way to manage our geographically dispersed endpoints. Support for Windows, Mac & Linux is helpful for us and we have also been able to bring our support function into one platform by also utilising the ticketing module.

Ninja themselves have been friendly and helpful since we first came on board and continue to be present whenever we need anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial learning curve was tricky, but support and access to the Dojo does ease this to be fair. Support for Mac patching has been a little disjointed and we have had to put quite a bit of work in to get this working (some of this is on Apple!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management, patching, remote support, inventory, service management (ticketing).

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t understand why the people from support don’t communicate with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visibility into what is happening and the ability to prevent it

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Pros: Some of the things i like about NinjaOne RMM is a Unified, “single-pane of glass” for endpoint‑management, Powerful Automation Tools - Saving Time & Money, Ease Of Use, Easy to deploy and Access to Critical Information at your fingertips. I feel it's a great value for what you get with the subscription. I even like NinjaOne connect BETTER than Team Viewer!! I have recommended NinjaOne to some people i know looking for this kind of solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really many that i can think of but maybe: Non-Windows Feature Set/Limitations (linux/macos) compared to windows, i know this is not easy but that's all i can think of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Tool for Remote management and administration. Ease of deployment and usability with powerful automation tools saving us time and money!

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne delivers a seamless experience by bringing everything you need together in one place. I find the platform very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to have more third-party integrations, especially with security tools like EDR.

NinjaOne addressed our requirement for a straightforward platform that handles RMM, patching, and backup. This has made my work easier by freeing up time to concentrate on other tasks.

Essential for Managing End-User Tasks with Powerful Admin & Remoting Tools

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne was very easy to install and deploy across our network. It assists us in handling our daily end-user computer tasks and ensures that our computers stay current with Windows and software updates. A killer feature is the ability to access the command shell or PowerShell for either the current user or the system, which I find extremely useful. On the occasions when I have needed support, the team has been very helpful and responded quickly to resolve or answer my questions. Additionally, the remote access capability is invaluable when troubleshooting issues with an end-user.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it has a lot, I wish it had more integrations available with existing tech stack tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has made our patch management process much more efficient. In addition, it offers a solid range of tools that assist us in troubleshooting problems and allow us to deploy and manage software remotely.

Comprehensive IT Management Made Easy

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is great int the way that covers it so many bases for your IT infrastructure needs. The way that all of the features blend together as well as the integrations make everything easily accessible through a single pane of glass. Implementation into an existing IT environment is seamless, even when transitioning off of other tools and services. The tool itself is straightforward and easy to use for everyday use. The team members from the company are very personable and provide excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of NinjaOne that I dislike is the way that patching is configured. The patching configuration is a bit too simplistic and it's hard to track any issues that arise from patching. You can see when patches fail but you really have to dig for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve the issue of juggling multiple services and vendors. Having everything go through NinjaOne helps keep things streamlined and efficient in terms of planning, organization, and management for our IT infrastructure.

All-in-One Management, But User Login Issues Need Improvement

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We like that you can do everything in one program. We can monitor end user updates, any critical issues, send out updates, and remote access computers all under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Randomly some users will not be able to sign into NinjaOne to put in tickets, and so far the only way we have found to fix it is to delete the user and recreate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had seperate programs that we used for ticketing and remote access. Now everything is in NinjaOne as well as automation. Our end users find the ticketing system is easy to use.

A Well-Developing RMM Choice

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface is beautiful coming from a competitor who is now playing catch-up (even rebranding their tool as "Competitor One"). They're constantly updating and have a very active development team, who is quick to give you beta access to any feature they're working on. It's got great granularity and is only improving. I am looking forward to the more mature, focused, and powerful NinjaOne that comes with each patch.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is moving fast. Redesigns of familiar features can cause a bit of confusion as you learn how to use your updated tool. That and the very messy "administration" tab are the only two things I can think of. Using this tool every day makes me wish we had adopted it a little later than we did, with some of the odd quirks slowly evaporating over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is allowing a consistent connection to our clients and providing all-around ease of access to administer devices.
