Versatile RMM with great overview, minor usability drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
I can see all systems at a glance and have the flexibility to connect via RDP, TeamViewer, or the NinjaOne client. The automation features are powerful and save a lot of time in daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client occasionally freezes and produces false alerts. When connecting via RDP, options like clipboard sharing need to be manually enabled every time. In the customer view, I would appreciate more filtering options, such as by logged-in user or operating system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to monitor and manage all client systems from a single pane of glass, which improves efficiency and reduces response times. The integrated remote access options (RDP, TeamViewer, and NinjaOne client) make it easy to quickly resolve issues without needing to switch tools. Automation helps streamline routine tasks, reducing manual work and minimizing errors. Overall, it enables us to provide faster, more consistent IT support.
Customer support simplified

That one can control customer computers without problems and quickly retrieve information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to think for a long time to find something there.

Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use right away. If there are things that you aren't sure about, they have a big knowledge base. The possibilities with NinjaOne seem endless. They update and push out new features pretty regularly. It just makes my job so much easier.

I haven' t found anything that I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote management saves me so much time. Auto-patching is another huge time saver.
Great RMM tool for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
It works very well and is easy to use, onboarding was a breeze and the continuous updates keep things moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had quite a lot of issues with the MDM product, specifically around iOS devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage all client devices from a single portal, and the native remote app works better than most stand alone products.
The NinjaOne Community
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being part of a community with NinjaOne. As a single-person MSP, it gets tough out here. I have questions that I want answers to. I have ideas that I want to share. Knowing that there are like-minded individuals around me who are doing the same things really helps keep me grounded. NinjaOne is also very responsive. If I have an issue, then I can quickly get an answer.
Using NinjaOne is great! I can quickly deploy the RMM onto a client device, and the network hunting capabilities allow me to do things quickly and discreetly. I plan to use NinjaOne every day in my business, though right now I am not at that point.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of how some features are presented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the backbone of my MSP business. I can see, manage, and fix client devices without haveing to go to the site. I can automate a lot of busy tasks. It makes my job easier, and allows me to focus on other things.
Ninjaone the right choice for RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Support is important and easy to access. Reliability and ease of use is always important. They do always work towards improving their platform as well taking feedback from the user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain tasks if the time is missed, say you schedule something for 4pm and it's missed, doesn't have an option to try at next time it's connected. That's a bit frustrating as it forces you to use alternative methods for tasks you'd like to run on a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, inventory, RMM tools, backup. NinjaOne simplifies managing WFH and InOffice. Alerting. In the past it was musltiple systems, and a good deal of manual work.
All in one Platform - IT Magic
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it has a bunch of compatible features that blend together. Ninja can handle ticketing, remoting into a laptop, patches, reporting, backups and so much more! The techs find it to be an easy platform to use. Our System Administrators are able to easily deploy pre made scripts or create their own. It has helped our team keep track of the status of our devices
What do you dislike about the product?
The patching can be an issues sometimes. It is difficult to see missed patches. You also cannot edit any posted notes on tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of all user service tickets and directly tie them to the user and device. This is a great function for looking back on issues. We also use the remote monitoring and management to easily remote into our issues machines if they need issues. It also is a place to store our IT Documentation.
