Has saved time by automatically generating alerts and reducing troubleshooting efforts

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for NinjaOne is ticketing.

I use NinjaOne for ticketing in my daily work to keep track of all the computers and their uptime, and to generate tickets if there are any alerts.

What is most valuable?

I rely on monitoring and remote services as features in NinjaOne.

NinjaOne has positively impacted my organization by saving me time, improving efficiency, and making troubleshooting easier, although zooming capabilities need improvement when remoting in.

NinjaOne saves me time and improves my troubleshooting process by providing information automatically so I don't have to search for it.

What needs improvement?

One challenge I face with NinjaOne is that when remoting in, sometimes the end user has a resolution with very tiny text, making it necessary to zoom in to see what the other computer is displaying.

I do not have any additional thoughts about needed improvements in areas such as reporting or integrations.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using NinjaOne for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

NinjaOne is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of NinjaOne is good; we can add more as we grow.

How are customer service and support?

I have no issues with customer support for NinjaOne.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used ConnectWise before NinjaOne, which I found difficult to use, prompting me to switch.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment with NinjaOne, specifically with fewer employees and less time spent on troubleshooting.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for NinjaOne is fairly cheap and easy.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I explored other options such as Jira before choosing NinjaOne.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate NinjaOne a nine out of ten because there's always room for improvement.

My advice to others looking into using NinjaOne is to consider software that is compatible with it.

I tried NinjaOne on the phone as well, and it's somewhat clunky because it acts as a desktop.

User-Friendly Interface, RMM Could Use Enhanced Mouse Controls

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with the interface. It's very user-friendly and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The RMM feature is nice but I feel the addition of an actual mouse graphic in the module window would be extremely useful. One that includes a left and right click button along with a scroll on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM and Patch Management are our primary benefits of being able to support remotely.

Excellent Multi-Location Management, But Needs Better Endpoint Security Controls

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaOne console has a great GUI for managing multiple locations/companies. Patch Management is easy to setup and the SaaS backup is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside of NinjaOne is no local admin elevation/application control for Zero Trust security on endpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne keeps our environment secure by keeping all of our servers/endpoints up to date. It allows us to focus on projects and have fewer daily tasks for managing endpoints.

User-Friendly with Rich Features, Though Script Deployment Can Be Tricky

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a lot more user friendly and easier to deploy/implement/integrate than many of it's counterparts like TeamViewer. It does have a lot more features built in than TeamViewer as well, which comes at a premium.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a fault of the tool, but I find the deployment of some scripts are a bit convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to our remote staff making it easier to support them.

Seamless Background Remote Access and File Transfers

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to remote on in background is amazing, the file transferring is useful that you can do that while running in the background.

The ability to make our own reports and even columns and filters are great.

It's a tool we are using every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not great on the layout and design of the main page, and the lack of a dark mode can be quite straining on the eyes for myself.

Anything else I have issues with is probably a lack of knowledge using the RMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is a swift and easy install that is easy to deploy, remoting on is near instant and it does show when a device comes live within about 20 seconds which is quite good,

Efficient, Reliable, and Streamlined IT Management with NinjaOne

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how efficient and reliable NinjaOne is for remote monitoring and management. The platform gives a clear view of all endpoints, and it’s easy to automate tasks like patching, software deployment, and script execution.

The performance monitoring tools are solid — I can quickly identify issues like high CPU or low disk space before they cause problems. Remote access is fast and stable, which makes troubleshooting much easier.

I also appreciate the built-in reporting and alerting system; it’s detailed but not overly complicated. Overall, NinjaOne helps streamline IT management and keeps systems running smoothly with minimal manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags or shows an error when connecting to an endpoint, but those issues are very rare and usually get fixed quickly. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient platform that really helps simplify IT management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me manage all devices from one place, which saves a lot of time. It takes care of software updates, patch management, and remote troubleshooting without needing to be on-site. This makes it much easier to support users and fix issues quickly.

It also helps catch problems early through monitoring and alerts, so I can act before they cause downtime. Overall, it improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and keeps systems more stable and secure.

Effortless Implementation, Stellar Support, and Powerful Scripting with Ninja

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Ninja because we were looking for a system we could use daily. Essentially, we transitioned our work from in-person management at each endpoint to virtual assistance. The system is thoughtfully designed, which makes managing everything much easier—especially when dealing with numerous endpoints.

The scripting functionality is excellent, offering both built-in scripts and the flexibility to write your own in your preferred language.

The device view is clear and highly readable. We encountered no issues integrating it with our existing systems through the API.

Since we switched from another system, the implementation process was crucial for us, and setting up Ninja turned out to be very straightforward.

But the highlight is definitely the customer service. Tickets are resolved the same day, and even better, you have access to a Discord server where you can get help within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using the system for a year now, and so far, there is nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an all-around solution, it helped us decrease the workload for our Helpdesk employees, which meant we didn't need to hire another person. In fact, we were able to reduce our team by one employee, even as the number of endpoints we manage continues to grow.
