  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the automatic scheduling of jobs and remote maintenance very good, which significantly eases my work and allows me to perform scheduled restarts. The software was easy to use, which made the onboarding pleasant for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually works perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I plan automatic restarts for customers, which was previously manual and exhausting, now I can schedule and perform them automatically, which makes the work easier.

Facilitate IT management through automation

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the built-in remote maintenance, which significantly eases my work by allowing access to servers and clients remotely. The ability to automate software deployment and uninstallation is also extremely useful and greatly accelerates my daily tasks. NinjaOne provides me with significant relief in my daily work, as I can keep track of server load and disk capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I can't say anything about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have much less work with remote maintenance of servers and clients. I can automatically deploy software, monitor disk capacities and CPU usage, which greatly eases my daily work.

Indispensable for client management, more German required

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to see all customer computers and servers at a glance, which significantly simplifies my work. I also appreciate the easy connection to computers via TeamViewer, Ninja Remote, or Remote Desktop. The ability to quickly identify issues through logs and perform remote maintenance swiftly is extremely useful. Additionally, I find it advantageous to execute scripts remotely without user interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, things are too English for me. I need more in German from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can finally see all customer computers and servers at a glance and connect effortlessly with TeamViewer, Ninja Remote, or Remote Desktop.

Modern and simple software deployment tool.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ticketing system very much. Ninja is extremely user-friendly, and thanks to the script library, automations can be created very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the error messages for failed patches are often difficult to understand, which I don't find particularly good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all devices updated and provide support to users. Ninja helps a lot through automatic patch management and easy remote management.

Reliable remote monitoring with a strong range of features

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the clear and intuitive user interface of NinjaOne. The remote management works reliably, and tasks such as patch management or software distribution can be efficiently automated. Particularly helpful is the quick provision of information about the status of the endpoints.

Additionally, I am very satisfied with the customer support, especially the presentations of the new features. (Andre Hinz is my contact person here)
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customizability of dashboards
The licensing is not always clearly visible, especially when additional modules are involved. More transparency would be helpful here. Possibly with insight directly on the administrator page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-consuming manual IT support → replaced by remote access and automations.

Lack of transparency about device status → improved by monitoring with alerts.

Outdated software on clients → resolved by central patch management.

Complexity in customer management (for MSPs) → simplified by multi-tenancy.

N1 changed our life

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am the director of the technical department at Connectis Group and I manage, among other things, large clients as an SDM. Today, I can provide these clients with a forecast budget over several years for the life cycle of their PC fleet. I wasn't able to do that before. So what I prefer are all the dashboards I can extract, which allow me to have a mapping of my clients. Not to mention the update policies that we can apply at our clients. In a Managed Services framework, it's priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of external users, for example to allow a client to have read access or for a third party (a development partner for example), must be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has changed the way we manage our clients within the framework of Managed services:
- complete and accurate view of the client base and therefore possible prediction of equipment replacement
- automation of certain tasks and thus time saving
- patch management ensures client security
- improves the company's image with clients
- A single interface for multiple tools and thus simplified management both technically and financially

NinjaRMM from the perspective of an administrator

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using NinjaRMM for IT management & monitoring for over 3 years and have been very satisfied with the solution so far. As an administrator, I particularly appreciate the clear user interface and the wide range of features that greatly facilitate daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, we have been experiencing sporadic issues with the NMS agent, which reports incorrect offline servers and sometimes entire offline infrastructures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and testing more complex scripts is somewhat limited; I would wish for more integrated options here.

NinjaOne is Great

  • August 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Management capabilities and features, easy integration and friendly GUI, very dynamic tool, pretty robust
What do you dislike about the product?
- when sorting automations on library it does not save at the point you were seeing before
- cannot group devices unless you have a common value, we should be able to group devices randomly
- cannot run automation to large amount of selected devices
- cannot create conditions for postscripts (if installations fail, postscript runs either way. It shouldn't)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day operations (500 end points, desktops, servers, etc)
