I dislike that they are getting rid of teamviewer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to easily remote into machines to solve issues quickly.
Dependable and Smooth

The program is very reliable. It also has a smooth UI that makes day to day information easy to access
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaConnect is still missing some features compared to other remote tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their documentation has improved greatly over the years
New modules like asset management is good to see as well.

NinjaOne is a lifesaver for our small IT department.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. NinjaOne has allowed us to take a few disparate systems and combine them into one for a central pane of glass. With our small IT department we needed a way to be faster at diagnosing issues before they arise.
Also, the Community Support on Discord is phenomenal.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their patch management needs to be able to deploy one-off's easier. Example being if you wanted to deploy the latest from Google Chrome, you can just do a one-off install instead of having to download the MSI and create an Automation. They already have a repository
Also, they need to build a list of all the applications already installed on a machine instead of manually having to pick from the list.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using around 3 different systems to manage our machines (remote support, patching, etc). We needed a way to combine everything into one and NinjaOne solved that. Since implementing NinjaOne we have cut down support times drastically and allowed us to be more proactive when it comes to maintenance on laptops. There are times we will fix the issue before the end-user even has a chance to notify us of the problem.
Useful tool in times of home office and automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about NinjaOne is that I can find all the necessary information about a device and have various access options that allow me to execute workarounds on the device before disturbing the user with a remote access during work. These are the essential added values for me. I use the platform multiple times a day.
Additionally, NinjaOne was very helpful during the rollout of Windows 11, which I was able to control specifically and coordinate with the users accordingly. Only with one out of 40 devices did the upgrade have to be carried out with the device in hand because it didn't work via the RMM client.
The support is good, during the integration phase you get the help you need, but you have to ask for it.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the device overview, I would like to apply scripts to multiple machines; in my experience, this is only possible with scheduled tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, not all devices are on-site at least once a week. Remote support is therefore the norm, and NinjaOne has proven to be very helpful so far.
Perfect tool for sales growth with easy operation
What do you like best about the product?
I find the monitoring function of NinjaOne incredibly useful because I can quickly see if devices are outdated and if a customer might soon need something new. This allows me to react much faster in sales and proactively offer solutions to the customer. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up my account and get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subject of English is still a bit of a problem. It would probably be nice to be a little more in the German world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can identify outdated devices and respond more quickly in sales to proactively offer solutions to customers before they notice any problems.
Efficient tool for first level support with excellent value for money
What do you like best about the product?
I find it great that the setup process is straightforward and I can get started immediately. The ability to identify customer issues in advance and have easy remote access to their systems is extremely helpful. The background mode is impressive as it gives me a quick overview of system status and error messages. The price and performance are outstanding, making NinjaOne an attractive choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it a bit too English. I would sometimes wish for better support in German.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often see the problem in advance with customer inquiries and tickets and have easier remote access to help faster.
Remote Management made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I find that NinjaOne tends to cover all bases in terms of IT management, and I can do just about everything I need through NinjaOne. I can deploy images, remote into computers and run scripts when needed. The health monitor is especially useful as it will indicate what compliance issues there are with a device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I have noticed is that it can be quite slow with bulk amounts of app downloads and script running i.e. when provisioning a device for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes remote management of devices much simpler and streamlined, and it makes processes much more streamlined and simple.
Great piece of software for laptop monitoring, patching, and provisioning
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out for its clean, intuitive user interface and reliable performance. It's easy to navigate, even for newer team members, which helps reduce training time. One of the best aspects is how centralised and streamlined everything is — from device monitoring and patch management to remote access and script deployment, all in one place.
The automation capabilities are also a big win — scheduled tasks, health checks, and remediation workflows help free up time and reduce manual work. Remote access is fast and responsive, which is invaluable for resolving user issues efficiently. The alerting system is customisable and keeps us ahead of potential problems before they affect users.

What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a strong RMM platform, there are a few areas for improvement. Some features feel a bit over-simplified — for example, reporting is quite limited if you need custom or in-depth metrics. More advanced reporting or integration with external tools like Power BI would be useful.
The limited native reporting and documentation for more complex use cases can be frustrating. Also, while scripting is supported, the lack of a built-in script library or community marketplace means you often have to build everything from scratch or rely on your own repository.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve several key IT management challenges by centralising remote monitoring, patching, and endpoint management into a single, easy-to-use platform. Before using NinjaOne, we had to rely on multiple tools for monitoring, remote access, and automation — which made workflows inefficient and increased the risk of missing critical issues.
With NinjaOne, we can:
Proactively monitor devices and receive alerts before problems escalate
Deploy patches across Windows and third-party applications quickly and consistently
Remotely access user machines without disrupting their work
Automate repetitive tasks, such as disk cleanup and scheduled restarts
This has improved our response times, reduced manual workload, and helped ensure devices remain secure and compliant. Overall, it’s increased the efficiency of our IT support team and allowed us to provide a more reliable service to users.

Simple setup, good remote maintenance function
What do you like best about the product?
I find the remote maintenance great. The setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work too little with Ninja to be able to say anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the remote maintenance from NinjaOne effectively, although I currently see little added value, as I mainly serve private customers.
Good monitoring tool but API documentation somewhat limited
What do you like best about the product?
WebUI very nice, more customizability even without admin for the overview of alarms would be nice
What do you dislike about the product?
API documentation and access to instances with the selector during login, more logs into the past if possible +90 days according to the NIS2 standard which will soon be established.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API Documentation and Endpoints
