What do you like best about the product?
Hard to single out specific things. All and all Ninja is rock solid RMM with excellent capabilities in pathing, scripting and remote control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on the RMM side. Improving documentation solution to UT Glue level would be a nice addition.

Seamless Remote Management with Intuitive Monitoring Features

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor, update, and restart PC's as needed. Ninja also allows a smoother experience when remoting in with features like c/p and being able to view individual monitors or multiple and a hoover preview.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing, I have had no issues with Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I remote into a PC I am able to move seamlessly, it has cut my TIC (Time in computer) considerably because I can preview screens before switching views instead of switching multiple times or view all screens at once. I can copy/paste instead of typing everything out. repeatedly.

Easy Setup, Insightful Reports, and Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
The setup process is straightforward, and managing the system from both the console and device side is simple. The reporting features are solid and provide useful insights. I also appreciate having direct contact with support and my account manager, who are always ready and able to assist whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, I haven't found anything that I dislike or feel is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we just wanted to remotely wipe devices in case of theft, but now we also use patch management, asset management and other features.

this is useful tool for Windows and Iphone. we are not useing MacOS or android.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific. if I point out something, maybe additional template of automation can be useful more.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI is straightforward, making it easy to use and learn on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be improved. We end up paying for more devices than we actually use because of the minimum requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With RMM, I am able to provide effective online support due to its robust remote monitoring and management features.

Centralized Device Management Made Easy with NinjaOne

What do you like best about the product?
It is an effective way to manage devices. There are large bits of convenient information and the software is easy to train on, with tutorials and help being easily accessible in the actual portal itself. NinjaOne even gives you the ability to create an asset registry near instantly. Policies are deployed well, and patch management functions far better than other third party patch management services. Support for customers is easy to do, and implementation on client computers can be done near instantly. NinjaOne helps our company greatly with providing easy and quick support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne's patch management is far better than other software, it'd be far more convenient if you could schedule by device instead of via policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne gives us a nice and easy solution to the hectic tracking/support/management of many devices between organisations.

Effortless IT Management with NinjaOne, Minor Notification Glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I love that NinjaOne is so so easy to use. It's the single pane of glass that I've wanted in IT for the longest time. I can back up my systems, remote into PC's that have issues, I can set up Windows and other Software patches/updates. I used NinjaOne at my previous place of employment and loved it so much it was the first thing I talked my boss into getting when I moved to another company. It was very easy to roll out NinjaOne onto our computers & servers. They also make it easy to integrate other software such as XDR software. The times I've had to contact customer support has been great too. They are quick to respond and have fixed every issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that I've had so far, is occasionally I will get notified of a Server going down, but it hasn't. Not sure why it does this, but it's more of a nescience than anything at this point.

I would also like for y'all to get CJIS Certified so I can use this product on the Police Department side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes things faster and easier having everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
"We have been using NinjaOne for a short time and are already very impressed. The onboarding process was straightforward and smooth – the system was ready for use without much effort. The integration into our existing environment also worked surprisingly easily and quickly. I would especially like to highlight the contacts: friendly, competent, and always helpful. In this short time, it is simply fun to work with NinjaOne every day!"

The mobile app should focus more on ticketing. Overall, it would be desirable if this area were developed more comprehensively.
