What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a unified platform that allows us to remotely connect to devices, manage them, install security patches, and configure settings from a distance. As we transition from TeamViewer to NinjaOne, we discovered that NinjaOne offers a script specifically for removing TeamViewer, which we have been using to facilitate the switch.

We needed a solution to help patch management as we don't have the staff necessary to take that on as a full-time job. This has replaced another solution we used which was subpar once we dove in. NinjaOne so far has been many notches above our previous solution.
