Some of the dashboard is clunky. and the scripting isnt great.

A lot, its nice having an all in one product for managing devices.
Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with NinjaOne. It's not complicated at all and the support from our CSM and NinjaOne support team is always great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough integrations with other platforms (e.g. Jira/Atlassian)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has allowed us to easily track and manage our endpoints. For us, it's where we go for our source of truth when we need to see if a device is assigned to a certain user, in use, has current updates installed, etc.
All-in-One Dashboard Shines, But Needs Windows App and Customization

The alerts are helpful to troubleshoot the issue before it affects the system and operation.
All-in-One IT Management Made Easy, But Policy Setup Needs Smoother Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne’s SaaS-based, agent-only setup is quick and straightforward to deploy, with no need for additional appliances. I really appreciate the real-time alerts, smooth remote access, and the way it brings together tools like MDM, patching, and automation within a single dashboard. It’s a robust, all-in-one platform that genuinely streamlines IT management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although NinjaOne offers a robust set of features and considerable power, I have found that creating and managing policies can sometimes be a bit difficult. The flexibility of the policy structure is impressive, but it demands thoughtful planning and thorough testing to achieve reliable results across various device groups. Introducing a more intuitive or guided approach to policy management would further enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne addresses the challenge of real-time visibility by sending immediate alerts whenever an endpoint or service experiences downtime. This enables our team to react swiftly and reduce the duration of any outages.

We have only been using NinjaOne for a short time but the onboarding process was painless,
Being able to view all of our devices and keep them up to date is extremely helpful. Also being able to jump on to a device remotely to help toubleshoot things is such a time saver.

While keeping the devices patched, it is a bit of a learning curve on just how to get right patch scheduled

Remote Help Desk and patch managment
User-Friendly Dashboard and Remote Access, Needs Better Reporting Tools

Easy dashboard interface and the updated remote access is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is always important so I think perhaps an intuitive report writing tool would be helpful.

We have also have been using Backup with them this year and that feature has really helped us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not like their Teamviewer integration as it removed access to the console. But we have recently moved to Ninija Remote which has made the need for Teamviewer no more.,

All-in-One Solution with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's a robust package for managing a big chunk of our infrastructure that we were formerly using 3 different tools. When we've needed support, they were quick to respond and get our issues corrected or instruct us on how to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a negative issue yet. Also we're not quite finished implementing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned previously, a number of management tools in one package. And so far the tools are working very good.
Centralized Management and Easy Setup Make It a Winner
What do you like best about the product?
The central management location is excellent, and the setup process is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing with the software right now. So far it does what I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great UI for managing patches. It also gives me a central location for remote management of endpoints
All-in-One Remote Management with Excellent Scripting and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Remote management, automated software and OS patching, the Remote Registry, Task Manager, File Browser, and Service Management tools all in one management console. Custom scripting tools are easy to use and online documentation is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote session generally works well, but can suffer from poor resolution. Also, when a computer is rebooted, it can take several minutes before I am able to connect to it in a remote session. Sometimes I have to instruct the user to open the Services MMC and restart the NinjaRMMAgent service if I am not able to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management has been the biggest benefit. I used to spend hours per week doing manual remediations, and this time has been reduced significantly.
