  • February 21, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, fairly easy to manage, and has a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not as robust as the GUI. Sometimes applying policies can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of our client machines, uncovering issues with hardware, backend remediation of certain issues.

    Retail

Simply powerful — simple to set up, and really powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to get up and running with NinjaOne. Creating organisations, adding devices, and setting up appropriate and effective policies is easy. I believe that pretty much anyone can use NinjaOne for the necessary basics, but a skilled user can truly make it sing.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne's suite of integrations is a tad lacklustre. It covers most bases, but it would be great to see more ticketing systems and perhaps something like Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja makes it easy to keep an eye on the health of our device park, catch issues before they become critical or even a real problem, and provide staff with the remote support they need and deserve.

NinjaOne review by a Ninja CAB member and user

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is an easy-to-use, easy-to-view RMM platform, its features are rich, and its useability is very functional. They listen to their community and their customer advisory board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja is very young in terms of how its time in the market, and as such, it lacks some features as of now that a lot of other RMM's have, how every their road map is extensive, and has those features on track for future releases.

The two areas that need some major work is the Dashboard and the Reporting. Those are the only let-down points for us on day to day use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, monitoring, patching, and maintaining of client workstations and servers. Ease of management and deploying of scripts and software packages, Ninja makes this a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Ninja if you are looking at getting on board with a company that listens to their community, is constantly working on improvements and adding value to the products they offer. If you are willing to forgo some of the features that have not made it to the live version of their product just yet then NinjaOne is the product for you.

    Information Technology and Services

Easy to use RMM platform that still has room for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is easy to use and has put together an RMM platform that is feature rich, yet not clunky. The core features are enough for most MSPs to manage there business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Roadmap items take longer than promised, sometimes a year or more past the date advertised. Ninja would be better served offering Connectwise Control, as it's more feature rich and significantly more stable than Team Viewer. An integrated PSA would be a nice addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows us to easily perform the monitoring and maintenance functions of our MSP, which would be impossible without an RMM platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I can scale Ninja to meet my demands. The gui is responsive, which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reload crashes on the portal when refreshing. Right mouse click functionality would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More time for me to sell other clients now that alerts are handling the heavy lifting
