Ninja: Exceptionally Configurable and User-Friendly RMM Solution

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is the best RMM product we've ever used. They are an excellent company actively developing upon a great product. It's simple to use, deploy and so configurable. If it isn't possible to do native in Ninja, there's always a way of doing something with scripts or custom fields to do what you want.

Their Account management team is great, always helpful and not just trying to sell you something else! The Support is always responsive and helpful should we have issues (Very Rare).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something i dislike about Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without an RMM, as an MSP we'd have no visibility of the customers endpoints, we wouldn't be able to secure and manage our customers to a high level like we can. Ninja offers so much interms of automation which makes us super efficient.

Reliability, Simplicity, and Exemplary Support: NinjaOne at the Top for IT Teams

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using NinjaOne for several months and are fully satisfied with it. The platform is remarkably reliable, with constant availability and solid performance. What particularly impressed us is its ease of use: the interface is clear, intuitive, and allows users to quickly grasp the features, even for non-technical profiles. Finally, a big bravo to the NinjaOne team for their quality support: responsive, competent, and always ready to help, whether for support or to optimize our use of the solution. A true professional solution, designed for MSPs and demanding IT teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only areas for improvement concern Linux integration: it is not yet possible to access a GNOME session via Ninja Remote, and the backup of Linux machines is not supported at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive supervision: we quickly detect incidents before they impact users. Task automation: updates, scripts, and deployments are managed efficiently, saving us valuable time. Enhanced security: through patch management and real-time alerts, we reduce risks related to vulnerabilities. Reactive support: the NinjaOne team is always available, competent, and attentive, allowing us to move forward with peace of mind.

Hidden areas - if you aren't told about certain features it's very hard to know if they are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the problem of long software installs, especially in new machine installs. It saves us a good hour when setting up a new user, as it deploys all policies and software silently

Great Endpoint Management, But UI Needs Improvement

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is a tool that I need and like to use daily in my workday which makes it easy to help customers and check over system and their health.
This tool provides a solid overview of endpoint details, making it easier to monitor and manage devices.
There are numerous options available to support customers discreetly in the background, which is quite helpful.
Additionally, it offers various ways to connect to a customer's endpoint, enhancing flexibility.
Snapshots are also straightforward to access and manage through the Host, which adds to the overall convenience.
VMs are easily managed in NinjaRMM, the integration of endpoints, servers and hosts is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take a while for problems to be resolved.
For example, Fast connect has experienced disconnections over the past few weeks.
Additionally, I feel that the user interface has become less user-friendly than it used to be.
The Ease of Implementation of SentinelOne in Ninja doesn't feel as flesh out as i would have liked to be (it can be buggy)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility of supporting customers with more Information about the endpoint and possible problems
