The way that NinjaRMM displays the status of systems helps me quickly determine what work needs to be done.

I would like the NinjaRMM NMS server doesn't have the necessary SNMP MIBS to make connections to enough device types.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
NinjaRMM is a great product for monitoring managing Windows workstations and servers. It isn't quite ready to be an all encompassing network monitoring tool. They do have great support and they are making definite strides to overcoming their weaknesses.
Great RMM Tool

My First Thoughts on Implementing NinjaRMM
What do you like best about the product?
Beginning with the trial of NinjaRMM I was quite impressed with the variety of valuable functionality. The GUI is extremely friendly and provides easy navigation to all functions allowing me to find what I need quickly. The level of support provided is exceptional. I've only experienced a few issues but when submitting tickets for the same, response time is fast, and the technicians/engineers I've worked with are quite knowledgeable and quick to recommend/implement resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time the only complaint I have is with regard to the lack of ability to manually deploy the Splashtop agent, and Bitdefender. Both are installed using an automated deployment process which works wonderfully, but does not allow for individual system installations using a manual process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-man IT Team, I find NinjaRMM to provide many benefits. I'm able to keep an eye on every facet of my IT operation and ensure all systems are performing optimally which allows me to focus on other, more important issues. The ability to schedule the execution of custom scripts and create policies to handle mundane tasks is huge for me and allows me to focus my efforts on-site, where and when I am needed most. Integration of the Splashtop application is simple, and very intuitive. From click to connect, Splashtop provides a remote session in mere seconds. Having the confidence I am able to remotely manage all of my systems at the click of a button provides me with the peace of mind I need to perform my job effectively, efficiently, and successfully!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot. The trial is free and the staff at NinjaRMM is available to assist and answer questions every step of the journey. You won't be sorry! I guarantee it!
An intuitive user experience
What do you like best about the product?
After having tested out and researched other solutions, NinjaRMM stood out from the rest. Using this tool and navigating through its user interface was a positive experience that other solutions failed to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but as someone that likes to customize dashboards, I thought not being able to do so was weird. I get it though, keep things simple!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving workstation alerts has helped me in doing preventative maintenance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the time your daily or weekly maintenance plan is going towards using a solution and ask yourself if the solution is easy to use, but also has all the features you are looking for.
Simple. Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Love the pre-made script library, the integration with Teamviewer. Being able to set custom alerts for each different workflow is great as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there was an Asia PAC Support office
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps keep us on top of potential PC issues which could affect our uptime
Excellent starter and advanced RMM suite for your practice
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support for NinjaRMMs partners is excellent. Whether I need to access my partner success rep or an engineer, they all take the time to help. Couple that with one of the easiest platform's to onboard with and I have an MSP business in a box which can be launched in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the lack of a more detailed NMS (network management system) solution when contrasted with an Auvik or Domotz; however, given the minimal cost of Ninja's NMS and its simple feature set, it does the job fine for smaller MSP operations (before hiring additional techs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are handling our systems administration operation efficiently and quickly. Our clients are using the tools for help when ticketing and resolution are practiced. NinjaRMM is an excellent sys admin stack in itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small shop getting going, then you can't go wrong with NinjaRMM. The stack of tools they bring to the table: Webroot, TeamViewer, Cloudberry, Ivantis, etc, are all amazing and really help get the job done.
NinjaRMM
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been a helpful tool for expediting business operations and managing a large number of client machines. Our account manager, Christopher Thomas, along with their support has been phenomenal in addressing our needs and questions quickly and rolling out helpful features based on our input.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little support for Mac OSX and we are unable to identify new devices on the network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to automate processes with the scripting tools for several machines or clients at once. We are able to be proactive with problems such as disk space and threat management with this tool.
Great RMM that has a ton of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is a great fit for us with a great price. We've begun using it in our MSP business and it is doing all of our pactching. I love the ease of use, and the interface is nice and clean. I probably like the interface the best which easily shows our clients and status of devices
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the ability to bring in custom MIBS for network devices. That is lacking right now and it does limit our ability to do some monitoring of SAN solutions. Specifically Lenovo storage units.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja addresses all our patching and monitoring needs across our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to understand what your needs are. Ninja is a growing product and value is great but there are some limitations. Mainly in regards to monitoring network devices. It does really well with Servers.
Excellent resource for 1-Person IT "Department"
What do you like best about the product?
As the title indicates, I am a 1 man IT department (Manager is the official title) whose duties range from rebuilding computers to administering HP switches and a clustered Windows RDP environment. When I got into this role there was no commercial AV or any IT management software. I quickly realized that administering 150 computers at multiple sites was going to be a nightmare. Ninja incorporates AV (we use Vipre), Teamviewer for remote support, managed Windows Updates, and Inventory control. Support is also very helpful to answer questions as the site is FILLED with information (almost too much to learn).
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the online console can be a bit of a frustration as there is no "home button". The inability to Net30 bill vs having to use a Credit Card. I also wish they incorporated a Belarc type feature to determine the license keys of different installed software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legal corporate company wide AntiVirus. 90% of my users are remote so Teamviewer allows me to support them while cutting down travel costs. Managed Windows updates allows me to ensure every computer is up to date without having to have in house WSUS or SCCM. Reporting allows to have real time up to date inventory.
