Webload meets or exceeds the major solutions capabilities and support for a fraction of the cost.
What do you like best about the product?
Webload has the capabilities of Microfocus LoadRunner, which many consider the gold standard of performance testing, at a fraction of the cost. As a 15-year-plus user of LoadRunner and instructor, I have to say that finding a tool that matches LoadRunner was the standard in selecting a tool at our company. With Webload, we are seeing response times in how our users experience the performance, allowing us to improve our product's quality. We are implementing a global performance engineering team for our cross-product testing needs.
The support organization is highly responsive to our request to meet with us to help with difficulties in capturing and modifying our scripts and develop solutions for performance counters. In my 20-plus years of testing tools use, I have not seen such a responsive organization as the Radview support and development team. Thank you, Richard and Yam, for making yourself available when we need help.

What do you dislike about the product?
I agree with others that the documentation and examples could use some work. The application is feature-rich, which is good, but it makes it challenging to keep up with the documentation and information on the Radview website. It seems some areas of documentation have not been updated in a release or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be successful, we need to not only provide quality features but must maintain our non-functional requirements of performance between these products as well as integration to external systems. Webload is helping us first understand the current performance state for each product and will be used to validate how it performs when fully integrated and when we make technology changes.
