Wrike is a great tool to keep a team organized and aligned on multiple projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can setup specific request forms, folders, spaces, and dashboards to ensure everyone using them stays organized together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, with so many ways to utilize Wrike, I think it can be hard for new users to understand. Maybe a suggested format on how to set things up and use certain workflows for various project types can help new users get familiar with the system quicker?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a mulitple events business, it's important for all departments (Marketing, Programming, Operations, Sales) to stay aligned and prioritize tasks, especially for our shared services departments (i.e. Creative Services, Customer Service, and Digital).

An up-and-coming project management tool that can be used for much more then just project management
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that Wrike aloes has enabled us to fit various workflows into Wrike. Whether that be tracking a project, implementing a ticket request system, setting up notifications based on internal data systems, or keeping track of inventory!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to Wrike can initially be immense due to each feature having its nuances. For instance, it is very important to know when to use projects versus tasks in custom workflows since it can be very time consuming to swap it in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Wrike is being adopted by our larger organization it is making it possible to link all the activities related to a project together. Want to know how a design is going check the tasks, want to know when hardware is arriving check the tasks, need to contact anyone about those things just ping them!
Transparency and Source of Truth
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Wrike is having a single source of truth that is transparent across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my organization started utilizing Wrike, it was not rolled out in the most effective way. Smaller pockets of associates were using it in multiple different ways. We are now working with a Wrike Consultant to sort through everything that has already been created in Wrike, consolidate what needs to be, and expand the usage of the capabilities we have access to. It would have been nice to have more guidance from Wrike on the initial roll out. We now have extra change management we are dealing with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping us solve the problem of lack of project/client transparency and single source of truth regarding accounts and projects.
It has made my work life much more organized
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Wrike when we first started using it was the immense control we got over our incoming tasks. It reduced our e-mail and notes usage by a significant amount, I would dare to say that our e-mail amount internally was reduced by 90% at least. But the real strength of Wrike didn't really shine through until we really started using it and are now using resource management, timesheets, reporting, automation, and custom workflows, to mention some things. But it really just has a lot to offer and a vast amount of customizability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas where Wrike does have some improvement possibilities, and I would say that it would be nice if it had lower threshold for users to get to know it, as it seems people are a bit scared of approaching possibilities. A long with the filter functions which could use a rework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly the task/project tracking along with the resource management. We have gotten a much better overview of our current available resources and deliverables. People in my team feel like they have more control and a better predictability in their work weeks.

Improve project management with Gantt chart features in Wrike.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Wrike is how it fits into different interfunctional projects that we do. The platform has a lot of useful features, but I mostly like the Gantt chart for project management and task allocation. It is perfect for the assessment of progress and the tracking of errors, which is very important in the smooth running of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I don't like about Wrike is that sometimes it is not that easy to rearrange the order of tickets as I would like, especially when the tasks are of different importance. Besides, when working with several people, the list view doesn't always offer the multi-select or bulk edit options, which slows down the process of managing large-scale tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is the key to the problem of supervising several projects at the same time. It makes everything neat and tidy and I do not forget any important deadlines. The advantages of this organization are enormous, thus the work standards and project goals are easily maintained and met.
Increase team productivity with streamlined file management and task scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Wrike for me is that it makes managing work for my team much more organized, particularly in the context of file management and document sharing. The feature of uploading images directly into tasks is very useful in the cases when we need to provide visual details without making emails overloaded. I like the calendar feature as it helps me to plan and organise tasks for myself and assign them to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part I do not like about Wrike is the start up which was really hard and took longer than I would have wanted. The user interface is somewhat old-fashioned, and an update would surely make it more user-friendly and easier to manage the file storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is addressing the issue of coordination of complicated projects with many moving parts. It gives a well-defined framework for replicating requests and handling schedules, hence, it cuts down the risk of missing deadlines.
Efficient Project Management and Team Review Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This Tool is user-friendly and assists me in managing all my projects and resources. It's an excellent platform for conducting team evaluations for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally, I encounter difficulties when transitioning from the chart view to the page view

Discussion on project outcome, team evaluations and updates
User friendly tool that is constantly evolving to meet our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love most that the Wrike team has been so responsive in hearing our suggestions and transparently tracking them through ideation phase to new feature. While our entire company utilizes wrike daily, each team has it's own space set up to cater to their individual needs. This has allowed for us to remain highly collaborative and transparent without the need for unique software for each team. While it does not eliminate the need for other communication based tools, Wrike has many built in integrations that allows knowledge transferring between software with realtive ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this tool is mostly a one size fits all piece of software, there are additional features I would like to see added in the future for teams that deal with more technical work such as including code block functionality within task descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike provides many integrations that allow easy transparency across the team. What gets put into Wrike is highly collaborative and is our source of truth. Due to the implentation of integration and automations, when one are is updated - no one is left out of this communication.

Features get removed without proper notification.
Many things require nifty workarounds.

It is used for us to visualize processes. Manage work acorss different departments. Enable collaboration cross country wide and is a single source of data.
