Opened our enterprise to new communication success!
What do you like best about the product?
I like tagging people in the comments section. A great way to highlight the responder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more color options for folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration overseas has become much easier. We can also track our projects much better now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would sign up for Wrike if you need to track multiple teams with multiple projects. If there isn't that much work, a simpler PM tool might be better.

best collaborative project management system out there
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using wrike in my company for the past 1.5 years, and I love it.
I've gotten great customer service responses from them, incorporated them into our company's Intranet using their API, and have managed countless projects successfully through them.
user management is a breeze, document sharing is great, and the built in version control can really help track changes easily.
I've found 2 bugs in their (beta) API, and both were fixed very fast, with great communication with Art, the customer support liaison.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY caveat I have with wrike is that they don't have ANY way to associate cost with any task or project. but, I find that's not needed on most of my projects anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's very easy to share projects with other members of the team, and to see where the project is using the gantt chart. imagine moving away from file version (i.e. 'overview v3.4.doc), since everyone uses and shares the same file - you can always access previous version, but there's only 1 (recent!) version of the file.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if cost projection isn't a need for you, there's no better collaborative project management system i've found, with a better UI/UX

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is easy to get lost in the interface when trying to find a specific task. Need to get users to put in complete information for each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business problem before moving to Wrike was real time updates. We were using Microsoft Project for our team project management tool and would regularly only check it once a week. On our team we had only one person who was managing Project. As we added Mac users it was important for us to be able to allow them to access our project management tool so we needed to move towards a SaaS solution. With Wrike we get real time updates and collaboration and communication amongst the entire team.
Great App. Great App Support.
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike allows me as a project manager to create complex projects with dependencies, sub tasks, etc, and at the same time present a simple dashboard to my resources to allow them to focus on the tasks at hand today.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations would be helpful, such as the Atlassian suite (i.e. Jira).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying complex projects into manageable tasks for each employee, in a simple dashboard they will actually use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If Microsoft Project is overkill and Basecamp is too simple, Wrike is the perfect tool for you.
Perfect for agency teams
What do you like best about the product?
Its a centralized hub that we all use to share basic information, such as client goals, targets, contact info, tasks and updates on timelines for execution. it removes the chaos of sticky notes and "he said, she said" for crucial team projects that HAVE to be done right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better system for group tasks (assigned to entire teams, and when each person completes the task, they only mark it complete for them, not the whole group. Also, recurring tasks should only appear after the former task in the sequence is completed. It's kind of a pain to stare at a long list of future tasks that aren't relevant yet. Also, it creates havoc when you search for a task and there are 100+ weekly occurrences of the same task. I'm sure they are working on a solution though. They're good at improving things pretty quick once they are a known issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the issue of having to be in the office to look up crucial information. Sometimes we work from home on weekends or in the evenings, and our network is hard to access remotely. We prefer to keep important record-keeping documents and client information on Wrike, so we can access it from the office, from home, from the hotel room or on our mobile devices, eliminating the risk of not being able to access information quickly and also securely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it out. See if you like it. Nothing to lose.
Wrike has improved our group's efficiency and communicaton. We love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is easy to use and it offers great flexibility!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say what I dislike about Wrike because every time I have an issue or I'm in need of added functionality, the customer service team always pulls through and helps me out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Wrike mainly to manage our email and print marketing campaigns, both on the marketing and technical side.
Easy to implement, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see what my team is working on each day and how all communication is kept in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some color coding on the dashboard to make it easy for me to see different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finishing our projects faster and on-time due to using Wrike. Our team is able to clearly see what they need to work on each day and they are able to update me without me asking them.
Wrike has been a fit for us
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it works well on browsers, iOS and Android so that everybody on our team stays up to speed. This allows us to use it even for projects that move quickly or involve on-location, physical tasks.
It has good integration with other tools we use like Google Docs, and we find the time tracking, subtasks, and comment system very helpful as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could still use a bit of improvement. It's very functional, but not as intuitive as it could be. The visual paradigms aren't totally clear until you play with it for awhile. You may find it necessary to have an experienced user sit down with each new person and give them a quick walkthrough, especially if they are not computer-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a creative and editorial team with about 15 members. Our building is spread out with individual offices, and a few members are off-site as well. Wrike has helped us collaborate earlier in the content creation process than we might have otherwise taken the trouble to do It has also helped us track all the stages of content development, editing and review to make sure they stay on target and on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wrike will not manage your projects for you. Like any other tool of this type, you need to make sure you develop whatever buy-in you need from your team and management to make the most of it.
Wrike has been really useful and innovative
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is flexible to match many different project management styles. The tagging structure is really nice. The email feature is nice. The user tagging is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks from time to time, especially with the Wrike app (not the greatest).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're constantly solving technology problems and managing those projects through wrike. It's increased visibility, collaboration and organization of our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use folders as tags!
Covers every need...
What do you like best about the product?
I've been very impressed with how flexible Wrike is as a tool. From individual daily to do lists to larger scale group project management, Wrike just works. From project to project, it's as social and open or as closed and contained as you need it to be.
The support has been excellent from the minute we started considering Wrike. Every person we've dealt with there has been incredibly friendly and supportive. They know their product and love it too.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not quite to the same caliber as the desktop client. I've had some issues with getting tasks to pull correctly into the mobile client. It also crashes at times. Overall it needs work, but I am sure this is very top of mind for their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has helped us solve group project management perfectly. You can be a lot more granular with it than you can with other project management tools.
