Wrike for President!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about Wrike is how intutive it is. I don't feel that there's much of a learning curve and their onboarding videos that'll take you from a novice to the more advanced features are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as what I dislike, maybe I can't think of anything yet. I've played with reporting twice and would say there's room for development there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing upcoming marketing, design and production tasks. Benefits is how easy it is so collaborate and keep track of past, current and upcoming projects. Since started using Wrike, we've been a lot more efficient, I'd like to think. Additionally the fact that there's a FREE version is amazing... to enjoy it's full potential though would recommend going beyond the free version.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface. Ease of collaboration. We've used Wrike for just over 3 years. Team of 7, most working remotely. We have about 100 active projects with around 1000 tasks & subtasks. Wrike keeps us all on the same page. We also invite clients as collaborators and assign them tasks. We've not had anyone complain yet. Actually, a couple of our clients now use Wrike themselves after their experience with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes comment threads are difficult to follow, especially when they get long. Wrike automatically collapses them. But, this might just be a setting I haven't discovered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, internal & external communication. Keeps us on tasks, accountable, and aware of where we're at with the big picture.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a free version. That's all you need to try it out.
Wrike Review.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's impresively user friendly. It's almost like a social network for project planning where. It also has the advantage that it has a lot of project management tools rolled into one platform. Another aspect I like about Wrike is the fact that it's very compatible with google apps, sharing google docs, calendar and email notifications is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that in some ocations the platform itself gets a little strange when you modify the size of the page. For example, when I try to resize the window in order to have access to another window with information I need to input into wrike, the platform doesn't respond as well with scrolling and viewing tasks.

When organizing a project with different people involved it becomes much easier to identify dependencies and asign workload. It's also a great way to organize activities and projects in terms of the companies structure, weather it be groups such as Marketing, Finance, etc. or something different. One final important thing that I would like to point out is that everything becomes transparent, as you can see the status of the task, track it, see how people are reacting to it and modify it, it's almost as if wrike can work as a personal notebook as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a high tempo, transparent and social way of working Wrike is right for you. It may be difficult for some people from some generations or different mindsets to adapt to it, but it general it's great.
Outstanding Project Collaboration and Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Wrike allows the me to manage 800 to 1000 tasks quick and easily all in one place. Also I love the timeline feature that connects different tasks together, so when you move a date, all the tasks connected to that tasks are automatically updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it takes so long for a company to adopt this program and use it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems being solved with Wrike is that less and less details that are important to a project fall through the cracks which helps improve product to market release time. In addition, the timeline is more accurate because the dates change in real time based on the individual tasks schedule ties directing to the timeline. This save me time from having to manually change each project timeline like I did in MS Projects.
Also reporting is easier and quicker because WRIKE has a good report function and can auto send out monthly reports.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the support of all department heads before you deploy this system in your company. This will improve the adoption process.
Positive experience managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add and adjust tasks, both for myself and team members. Love being able to forward emails into Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adjusting dues dates sometimes feels a bit strange (can't put my finger on it) but it ultimately works. They have some weird suggested usage, such as trying to use Wrike as CRM. Not a good fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning and tracking tasks for myself and team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good evaluation period. Try it out.
Project management for the rest of us
What do you like best about the product?
Setup and manage complex projects without spending 6 months learning the PM software. It is very easy to get people up to speed and using Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any current dislikes with Wrike. They have implemented so many improvements in the 2 years we have been using it, that our wish list is essentially fulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it across the company to manage a wide variety of projects (web development, facilities remodeling, etc.). Our greatest benefits have been visibility into workloads in departments across multiple projects, as well as a much better system to plan sensible delivery dates for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy and intuitive, without sacrificing functionality. Jump in, watch some tutorials, and get your teams and projects organized.
Project scheduling, tracking and updating right at your fingertips.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard. I customized the dashboard to provide me a bird's eye view of everything I follow. After adding Activity Stream, I knew what was going on with each project.
The simplicity of the program is a plus. I have found too many programs are far to complicated to learn. Write affords me to opportunity to jump right in.
Another factor, the ability to access information from anywhere as low as internet connection is present.
The ability to print reports based on specific criteria.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the program especially with the new look and the ease of navigation.
When the interface from the old to the new, I was a little displeased because changes in software sometimes makes the program form a bit sketchy. But in this case change is definitely good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of hundreds of projects simultaneously. I love spreadsheets but the time it takes to create one to fit my needs, I could perform a hundred tasks in Wrike.
Just the best (for us).

There's lack of permission management capabilities in Pro Plan. Just in Enterprise which twice more expense ((

Project management and team collaboration in our agency.
Wrike, a great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is an all around great tool for project management. As a project manager I find the "Timeline" (gantt chart) view most useful for keeping on top of projects and being able to make quick schedule adjustments to a project when needed. Additionally its outstanding notification system keeps my development teams up to speed with where they need to be within the production life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major issue that I have with Wrike. The only annoyance I am aware of is with exporting timelines to Excel files. When an timeline is exported, it makes every task title a link to the corresponding task in Wrike. We have to manually remove these links in the Excel file every time, because we do not want most clients or end users of the schedule accessing our content in Wrike. For some this may not be a problem with their workflow, however is does add a bit more time for us to get the Excel files in the format that we need. We'd suggest that additional features be added to the export functionality of Wrike allowing for format modifications of files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps our development team be informed immediately of the status of any project allowing them to keep on track for important milestones or project changes.
Simply the Best--a Game-Changer.
What do you like best about the product?
I love so much about Wrike! But probably my favorite aspect is that the learning curve isn't high...unless we want it to be. My boss and coworkers don't have the time or desire to really get to know the software and all its potential, so they have a superficial understanding of how to use the basic functionalities. They love how simple and easy it is without being tough to figure out. On the other hand, I attend webinars, watch videos, read the blog, read the help section, talk to our account manager, etc, and this allows me to organize the system really well and implement different strategies that allow us to use the more powerful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we can't set specific email alerts for certain tasks on certain days--we have to choose between getting a daily email digest or going into the dashboard. I also wish that there were a more efficient way of generating activity reports for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a new project-planning software that would allow us to organize our extremely complicated tasks for many clients. Not only has this need been fulfilled, we also have these templates set so that it's REALLY easy to start new but similar projects. We needed a way to generate activity reports for our clients--before, we were using a combination of spreadsheets and Excel GANTT charts that we updated by hand. Now, we can export the plans and task statuses in various formats and the reporting process is literally hours shorter. Another issue we had was that the boss wanted constant updates on our projects so we were spending tons of time just sending super brief emails. Now, we just update the tasks directly and refer him to Wrike. Finally, we had files all over the place and it's great to be able to dump them all into the relevant tasks and not have to worry about losing old documents months down the line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest that you really invest time looking at the videos, blog, and help section on the site. This'll give you more of an idea of what Wrike is capable of providing. I also recommend that you make a list of every single attribute you need your project management software to have and then talk to someone live and make sure that the plan you're looking at will provide those functionalities.
