What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can have all information available to everyone in the office at any given moment. With the app view, I don't even have to be at my computer to provide answers to customers and owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some very minor issues with the product; things like spell check in comments, and a calendar view of tasks would be very helpful to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Wrike, all of our jobs were laid out in an Excel spreadsheet with very little information. We had several paper copies of contracts and permits cluttering our offices that people had to physically hunt down to access. Above all, most of the information pertaining to a job was stuck in someone's head. Now that we have Wrike, everyone has the ability to check on the progress of a job at any given moment. We can communicate within a task and keep everything organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lay out templates for jobs that are done often. They take a bit of time to perfect, but once you get it down, it saves a ridiculous amount of time.

A great task management app!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Wrike's organizational architecture - the ability to create projects and folders makes for simplification of my workflow. I also enjoy the ability to see what's ext up for the day at a glance.
I also love the ability to reference other tickets as subtasks for a parent task, which makes it easier to split tasks up logically.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was Trello integration or some other form of Kanban so that we could arrange Wrike tasks into boards/cards for easier Scrum.
I also wish subtasks would inherit assignee and status information, e.g., assigning a parent task to myself should assign all subtasks to myself as well at the same time. Likewise, setting a parent task to Completed should do the same for its subtasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having tasks saved in a place where we can all communicate makes working in even a small team like ours more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a fair shot and lots of time to familiarize yourself with its different capabilities.
Best project management system by far!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of custom workflows. File commenting, subtasks and selective sharing is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only enterprise accounts give access to custom workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate process from one department to the next. And gmail integration is a plus!
Wrike is the best PM tool I've ever used... Period !
What do you like best about the product?
My company manages many software development projects across a number of customers. Wrike allows me the visibility to manage all the resources and tasks in one place.
The best feature is the ability of having a task defined in multiple folders. This allows visibility by whatever methods I want to use to be most productive. I can have a folder for an Entire project, a subproject, sprints, users, releases, months, weeks, etc. Whatever method helps with the visibility. The Custom workflow it also invaluable becuase it allows the tagging of tasks with statuses (with color) that jump out at the user as well as allowing filtering so you can focus on those things that need your attention. I've used many other PM tools and this by far has been the best.

What do you dislike about the product?
More pricing levels and more granular definitions of start/end times as they apply to dependency and the gantt chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better management of projects across customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You don't have to be in the tool to use it. Meaning that you can respond to emails as you always have in the past and everything will be handled by Wrike. For managers and execs, you get the overview to drill down across all your projects that other tools promise but don't deliver.
Most important, it's so easy to use that people will actually use it real time and give you accurate updates on where the project really is.

Lab management
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has been a wonderful tool for project management. Our team of nearly 75 employees can easily schedule tasks and assign tasks to others. It has also been essential in scheduling time using shared equipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gantt chart and calendar are a bit "busy". I wish you could see coworkers' schedules to know whether or not they will be available for a particular task on a specific day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been essential for a large lab that has a couple dozen projects going on at the same time. It is great for long term planning as well as scheduling the use of shared equipment.
Too confusing
What do you like best about the product?
We liked the price and what it said it could do. My partner loves it but I'm not a fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Way to confusing. I have a partner that uses it to track projects. It sends me alerts all the time but I have no idea what project they are for or where to locate the items. There are streams and projects, but it's dependent on the person setting it up to make it more user-friendly. For example, she assigns me a task titled COPY. But it takes too long to determine what project needs copy. No intuitive. There are better solutions available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a virtual agency and communication and tracking projects is critical.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the free trial and see if the workflow and task set up works for your company. It doesn't work for mine, but it may work for others.
Not worth it
What do you like best about the product?
I personally don't like this product at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not user friendly, it complicates list making and to-dos, and just in general isn't streamlined to my thought and organizational process. I use it only because it's mandatory at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are zero benefits to using this product. I personally would not recommend it at all.

The email alert system can be finicky. Recently, some of my emails were not making it to the client.
