Good Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly than other project management tools like replicon which we also use frequently
Zero initial investment
Zero initial investment
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of the table, reports and Analytic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for collaborating among my team for day to day project management delivery activity. It makes me effective as i can create my project assign members to it, distribute the tasks and easily track the progress.
The user collaboration feature is good as the team members can also post their statuses under their task and share their ideas.
And key thing is i don't have to pay for it as i have only 2-3 people in my team.

Useful and neat
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that each participant in a specific job always know exactly how far you've come.
There are no excuses like "Oh but I had not realized I had to do this by myself!" because each job is assigned to a specific person and is there for everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that sometimes I do not get notifications and can not see some of the ongoing work updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a graphic designer and I work with a design studio from home: with Wrike I can keep an eye on the latest updates on the work and I always know how far my colleagues are here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a perfect tool especially for those who collaborate "from outside" with studies/other employers.
Project management tool - good for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of great integrations - Chrome, Adobe and more - plus a mobile app. Our team is now keeping everything in Wrike and instead of saving and uploading multiple versions of file, we can proof everything and make comments directly in Wrike
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is very outdated and old fashioned - can be hard to navigate and hard to see what tasks are actually due/overdue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely easier to communicate and to keep track of all tasks - no more going through emails to figure out where you left off on that last project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's good for marketing teams - because it integrates with lots of tools we use. But for other teams - software development, product - not sure if I'd recommend it. I'd recommend something easier to use and with a better interface to navigate between projects and tasks.
Needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I can follow up with my patients, and keep track of the status
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent updates, sometimes I have to close and open the program, to be able to work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up in a timely manner, keep a historic database
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a big amount of data will slow down the program
Better than other systems, recent updates have been great
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has a very clean, user-friendly interface. You don't have to hunting for your work or get hung up on technical glitches or errors - you see what you need to see, when you want to see it. I like the different pipeline stages you can use as a multi-person project progresses. I also really like the new calendar feature that they rolled out, after a long time requesting a calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see Wrike extensions on Firefox too, not just Chrome. Can sometimes be slow, but not enough to disrupt my work in any significant manner (unlike other systems)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of back-and-forth between teams, and Wrike makes that easier to deal with. As a result, there's less frustration on an individual level and higher productivity across the department. I also personally really like the calendar view - it makes it easy to see what coming weeks look like, and if I need to work hard to get ahead and not get swamped.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at it closely compared to other systems like Asana and Trello before making a decision.
Wrike - GSD
What do you like best about the product?
The power of assigning tasks in collaborating like a facebook-like interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and the space available to the users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where is really able to collaborate amongst the employees and get projects done quicker
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure and try different configurations on whether you want your task named as project names or as subjects everything is searchable like hashtags but the titles are more powerful in the search
Best project management system to all company
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike improves our productivity and helps all departments of the company to manage projects.
We are a development agency focused on e-commerce and our programmers, designers and ongoing department uses wrike integrated with zendesk.
We already try a lot of solution but only wrike gives us a 360º solution

What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike could have integration with bitbuket to improve development team performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now see a full gant chart with all projects and see exactly when a resource will be available or not for each project.
Asana on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
We have long used Asana and still really love it's simplicity and reliability. But with a growing team and a growing complexity of our projects and tasks, we were looking for a system that would give us better reporting capabilities for the timesheets and a better overview of task flow and dependencies. After an extended period of research we found Wrike, tested it and immediately loved it. It's interface is simple to use for the team, the app is great and reporting for the management is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually not much. It took us a little but to figure out the reporting tool, but as soon as we got that one, there is nothing we're currently missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in the marketing business and work on a project-base as well as on a retainer-base. We needed a flexible system that can handle both kind of tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wrike is not free and comes with a price tag. Go through a detailed requirements analysis for your team and make the decision to switch based on that.
Great Tool for Project Management!
What do you like best about the product?
When we were searching for a project management tool many of the options seemed clunky or didn't offer enough customization. Wrike offers a great deal of customization and visualizations to enable teams to accurately get a grasp on their past, current and upcoming projects.
Favorite features:
Gantt Chart: The Gantt Charts that Wrike offers are easy to use and give us a snapshot of where we're at in projects. The dependencies aspect is great too -- users can receive email alerts letting them know that their portion of a project must be completed before the project can move forward. It's a subtle reminder to keep progressing forward.
Customization Options: You can create your own folder systems, labels and color codes which is an organization geek's dream!
Customer Service: Although we're a small company, the folks at Wrike were happy to hop on the phone and guide us through developing a Wrike that worked best for our team. If you're the person in your company who has to train everyone else in using a new application, it's going to be far more effective if you personally feel comfortable using the tool. The Wrike team really stepped up and gave us a lot of direction so we could make the most of their application.
Consistent Feedback Loop: Wrike is always integrating new features and seeking input from users. They've created a community called Wrike Club which incentivizes users to provide insight around their experience using the tool. I've gained a lot of tips and tricks from Wrike Club!

What do you dislike about the product?
You're supposed to be able to integrate images and tables directly into Wrike tasks (a sort of notebook type feature). However, a lot of times the images and tables become distorted and it's hard to figure out what goes where.
There is also a live editing feature where multiple people can edit the same task. Occasionally this causes the screen to "jump" around depending on which user is where within the task.
I would like to see some more font customizations within the tasks -- so we can tell who is writing what or draw attention to specific elements within a task.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although we've received a number of benefits from Wrike, such as recognizing the time and resources spent on specific projects, the top benefit has been that we have a centralized place for project planning. No more Google docs floating around on a Drive or emails shoved in an inbox to be forgotten. Instead we're able to quickly create and replicate tasks for all projects, internal and external. It's created a layer of transparency within the company and allowed everyone to know what elements of a project they're responsible for and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a free trial and I highly recommend pairing the trial with a consultation with one of their team members to see how you can make the tool work best for you.
Amazing Tool to manage tasks and timelines
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see the tasks in process and scheduled. Also the workload on any given resource and personnel. Gives me a ring side view of the efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would ideally like better email integration and faster loading times of the entire website.
Some slack like chat and discussion area.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the Team Collaboration and Project Management problems at the same time.
The benefits is now that the processes and timelines are viewable and that had made meetings very vibrant and short
